Let me start by saying I have always had amazing experiences at Scooters. I am sad to report that wasn't the case this time. I ordered through the mobile app, like I usually do. I pulled up to the drive through box, around 7:45PM. I sat there for at least three or four minutes and nothing was said. I glanced at the window of the building and the employee didn't even have his headset on. He finally saw my car, put his headset on, then said "Thank you for choosing Scooters. Our coffee machines are turned off, but I would be happy to make you a smoothie." I was a little confused as to why their coffee machines would be turned off. I understand wanting to have things done so you can go home as soon as possible, but there was still fifteen minutes until they closed. I told the employee that I had ordered a mobile pick up. (A blender) He sighed and said "I guess I'll turn one back on..." His tone of voice was very off-putting and he clearly sounded annoyed that I was there. I pulled around to the window and he confirmed what I had ordered. It took longer than usual to receive my order, presumably due to having to boot the machine back up. When he handed my drink to me, he said "Have a nice night," in a very rude tone. I was baffled. Like I said, I understand wanting to go home and it can be frustrating when someone comes in last minute, but you still need to uphold your professionalism and be respectful. I try not to leave bad reviews, but the entire experience was baffling. The only positive was that my drink was made correctly. I will likely avoid this Scooters...

So my wife said I give you twenty dollars and Ten cents so my change should be 14 Dollars. The whole time my coffee is getting cold. Then the lady that seemed to be in charge says no your change should be $13.90. So my wife says no the clerk said it was $6.10 this lady being rude as can be said no I calculated it on my phone. Then the first clerk says no I did tell them $6.10 so they finally give us our money while they continue to debate this after they give us our change. Asked for a straw she looked at us and essentially ran to the back and someone else came and asked what we needed. Scooters usually is the best drinks for a slightly premium price and the nicest workers. If I am paying almost $9 for a drink you can atleast give me a straw and not act pissy with me because you screwed up.
