how terrible my two experiences there this week the first time I came in the employee with the red glasses and short hair was very rude while trying to confirm my order she was acting like she couldn't understand my English and was making me uncomfortable and embarrassing me in the store because I kept saying I wanted a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. Why is it so difficult to just to confirm it's something so simple. Then the next day I place an order online to avoid talking to anyone and simply just pick up my order, and here is the lady with short hair and red glasses eyeing me like a hawk and as if was a disgusting human being with how her expression on her face was looking at me it's hard to not notice it because she doesn't look any where else. I ask if there's a problem and her first response is to laugh me off and get smart at me . Then I call the manager and it's the same disgusting attitude from the manager she literally said to me " so you want me to fire my employee because of how she looked at you " and did not show any concern to my greivance as a paying customer. And quote the manager stated she was standing right there when the encounter happened and didn't see anything wrong from her employee. But you seen how upset I was and did not intervene. I would come to this store to pick up orders for various clients.

The one day I went, the owner skipped me after I was on line for over 10 mins and disregarded my complaints and said if I dont like it I can leave his store. He has a bad view on Doordash Delivery drivers.

After my response to his rude statement, he decided to call the police. I was charged with disorderly conduct defending myself against an unfair store owner. The owner couldnt handle my ny attitude and used the police to turn the situation in his favor. I got loud after he called the cops. The bagel couple also lied in court. After our testimonies were heard in court, the judge reduced my fine from $470 to $25 and I was to pay for court fees.

stay away from the owner. If he is at the front end helping out, he's not happy. Plus, he has a reputation in West Chester for behaving badly to his employees and family members. It's not a secret. To me it was since I'm not from West Chester. I've learned my lesson since, however, this shop is by far the worst I've been in. OK service as far as speed. Not very friendly. Don't listen to order specifics. Asked for double toasted, didn't come out that way. Also, they microwave their eggs, they do not use a flattop or a stove. Coffee is good, but it's only cuz its Turks Head. Omitted napkins from my bag, and they don't keep them out for customers so had to come back and wait in line to ask for napkins after I left. I wont go back. Can get a Sizzli from Wawa with the same overall quality. Bagels aren't even close to authentic, although it's not New York or New Jersey so that's hardly their fault. At least they are from scratch, but they aren't the best, especially outside of West Chester PA's poor overall bagel...
