McDonald's — Restaurant in West Hanover Township

Omg food was horrible, my fr deb with diabetes, on a flight since early afternoon to Pa needed to eat, ordered the new chicken type sandwich think #1meal about 1030 pm, fries were strange tasting, texture like spongy, cold and like ones laying around, she was very hungry so said tk her check your sandwich with 2,sauces on with lettuce n think tomatoes, one sauce on bottom n one on top, sandwich was Luke warm on outside cold on inside, she asked for new fries, then said sandwich cold, Instead of throwing out their screw up or even just heating up chicken they ruined entire sandwich more but however warmed it they did bun, w lettuce n sauces causing it to be a sloppy yucky mess that you couldn't pick up. Even the pumpkin lattee we each got wasn't stirred n took a few sips thinking we got coffee only but then thought stir it well mine i did stir a few times but the first sip I did through straw was horrible n this very sweet nothing else taste, deb going top on her lattee, I got a yogurt and fruit cup thing. That wasn't bad but very small, but deb found out her lattee lid wasn't even properly put on sending it all over her, her brand new Samsung 8 phone, the table n floor and couldn't get anyone's attention so we wiped up some w napkins but so disgusted between food couldn't eat, cost all but $17 for the meal she three away money on since only a few bites of chicken bc bun a sloppy messy yucky mess. Both wishing we went to food place at truck stop flying J over here when a diabetic who flew all day needed food in her, I did take pics, we should have been reimbursed for food, one of the lattee bc top not on and spilled, fact not mixed properly or we were not told to stir ourselves for a first just coffee flavor wondering if made even right. When your hungry at night, find a fast food place open we don't want old cold food or ppl who when your only customers ordering not even taking order right away, then a eat in wasn't put on tray but bag, just unorganized, seemed shocked same for fresh fries n many fries laying in tray they threw out but how many went through drive through getting crappy food n there it out or ate bad food because they paid for it? We had to wait a long time too for our order, 5 plus mins so you'd think if waiting you'd have fresh or hot fries, a hot sandwich n a top on a hot drink but they failed on all levels, they looked all lost, not really a happy friendly greeting or faces but like deer eyes in headlights kinda look. Never will go there again n I don't eat Mc Donalds as is because of the cancer causing red filler still in meat that other countries banned n will be in usa in a yr or 2. Use to love their fries but first get cold old ones n then even new ones flavor not...

Would give it ZERO stars if I could. This is the worst McDonald’s location I have ever been to. Based on the other reviews I can see there is a reoccurring problem at this location with the long waits/ poor customer service. But it doesn’t seem like it’s getting resolved by who ever is in charge. I waited 45 MINUTES at the drive thru from start to finish. The women named Patty who was working was a complete mess the orders were either missing something or incorrect and she clearly wasn’t able to multi task. While I was there at least 6 cars behind me left. It even got to the point where people were leaving their cars and walking up to the drive thru to complain that there food was cold. If I hadn’t ordered curbside and paid before I went on line I would of left as well. I can be very understanding with them being busy but this wasn’t the case there were only 3 cars in front of me and it took 45 minutes for me to get my food. The food was cold and I had to correct everything with my order that was wrong by telling her what was missing. I am not one to write reviews but this experience was so bad I still can’t believe a fast food place took...

I gave one star because there is no option for ZERO STARS!! Ordered at kiosk, very specific, NO CHEESE, ADD TOMATOES. Got in cart started to drive. What did I get? WITH CHEESE, NO TOMATOES. Drive back, I get attitude. I have to wait another 20 minutes? Um, no, just refund me... "OK, hold on, we're remaking them now... ok, here you go, see, we prioritized it for you. " I get the news new order with the two burgers... she comes running out the door, sir, sir, hands me a sandwich, apparently only had switched out one of the two. Ok, I then opened the bag to check them before leaving... and what do I see??? Another 2 WITH THE EXACT SAME SCREW UP? Went back in and told them just take this and refund me. You're obviously incompetent here. Tells me I have an attitude and then refunds me the wrong amount. So apparently, they hire illiterate and incompetent people here. She got loud and told me to hurry up and leave while justifying all this by saying they're understaffed. GO...
