Perkatory Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in West Hartford

Perkatory Coffee Roasters does exactly what its name is, perks you right up!

We stopped in this location to fuel up on caffeine while traveling to Boston & we were pleasantly surprised.

The staff was extremely friendly. They made sure to answer any questions we had. The merch they provided fit the theme perfectly & thought it was creative.

My drink; iced vanilla latte, was delicious! The vanilla syrup was perfect. I was surprised at how good it was. It wasn't overly sweet, which is what I personally prefer. My spouse ordered the specialty drink; "As You Wish," which was a mango espresso soda topped with a dehydrated lime wheel & a sprinkle of tajin. I've personally never had a drink like that before, but it was quite refreshing.

If I'm ever back in the area again, I'd happy stop at Perkatory Coffee Roasters. I'd personally make it my daily stop if I lived nearby.

Perkatory Coffee has 5 locations and offers free US shipping for orders over $75. This is the second location I've been to and I really love their brand. I'm a fan of spooky vibes, Halloween, skulls, and all things punk rock; this coffee shop showcases it in their decor and ambiance. They roast the coffee beans and have bags and merchandise to purchase in the shop. There were some seats inside, I'm sure it can get full during peak hours. This location was in a convenient location in a plaza with ample parking. When I went, there were a couple of people ahead of me. This gave me some time to look at their menu and specials. The customer service was friendly.

I decided to get a medium iced blueberry pie latte; it tasted like blueberry and it was the perfect level of sweetness and blueberries. Everything on the menu sounded delicious. Overall, definitely up there with one of my favorite coffee...

I came in here randomly to kill time until an appointment. I had been to the one in Middletown and didn’t even know there were more locations! There were 2 people behind the counter, 1 seemed to be newer and the other was super kind and patient while training him. They answered all of my questions, and when I asked something random about a pastry they offered to find out/look it up for me, which is above and beyond customer service rather than “yeah I’m not sure” so that was pretty cool and unexpected. A guy who was clearly a regular there came in shortly after and raved about the place as well, telling me that “the coffee is better, the people are nicer, and the pup cups are cuppier” than anywhere else. Amazing, I was sold. Will definitely be back every time I have that appointment...
