Tasty Chinese — Restaurant in West Hartford

I use to order from here all the time then I stopped for a few months because food tasted oily. Today I was craving Chinese and the only place near by wias this place. I ordered shrimp with broccoli and received chicken with broccoli I called once i noticed when I was already back at work the lady at the front seemed confused even though I just came from there. They dont ask you your name they just go by the number that calls but my worker number is a universal number when you call out so everyone has the same number. I ended up speaking to the manager who basically said just keep the food and they will do better next time. I told her I dont eat the chicken then she tells me to bring the food back I told her Im at work I dont have enough time to bring it back. She said bring it later. I dont know why she thinks that gas is free. I told her I would eat the other stuff I got but not the chicken I should have got a partial discount but she just said I could bring food back today or tomorrow. I told her I just wont be back and hung up. Poor customer service. Especially since they do offer delivery she could have had her people pick up the wrong food and deliver the correct food instead of having me drive out of my way for their mistake. Never ordering from them again! Their hours are listed as being open until 10:00 pm. I placed an online order at 9:23 pm. The place is about 10 minutes from me so after getting dressed and getting out of the house I pulled into the lot around 9:45 As I was pulling in I got a call from one of the workers saying they had to cancel my online order because they are “closed.” I said “your website says you are open until 10” and his answer was “yeah but well um um...” and then started mumbling something. I said “well that’s real nice, I just pulled in the parking lot” and I informed him I wouldn’t be coming...

They use to be good over a year ago they have deff fell off the food is never fresh tasting anymore the prices are outrageous for what you receive and the customer service isn’t much better they all seem miserable which kind of shows you the most likely care they put into your food which would explain a lot The pics they provide look great but it’s not what your gonna get..if you think they are good you most likely don’t know good Chinese food go to New Asia instead if you wanna stay in the same town if your willing to venture out little further I would highly recommend Great Taste...
