Beijing Restaurant — Restaurant in West Haven

Food was decent but they didn't want to honor a coupon they provided on the menu that was included with a previous order I made. The woman I spoke with kept telling me I was reading the coupon wrong as I was reading exactly what the coupon said. She then told me, well it was a print mistake and that I was wrong. If a company, no matter what they do, provides a printed coupon/discount (even if they made the mistake), they have to honor it. Would not recommend this place based on the customer service. They could have kept a repeating customer by just honoring the coupon which was 2 free sodas and 1 fried bread with a $20 purchase (not much to a company for a repeat costumer) but decided to lose them over what amounted to nothing. My first time was okay, not great but it was quick. HOWEVER, my second time was not good at all 🤢. I ordered and arrived too early so I waited inside. And I decided to come to Beijing to get some Chinese food, I called there were no answer, therefore I drove to their establishment to place an order; upon arrival I notice they are close when vividly online it says open from until 10:00P.M.
