Bottlenecks — Restaurant in West Hazleton

I am new to Hazelton and of course Covid-19 has impacted my move here which was March 2. This restaurant was so comfortable in every aspect. I ordered delivery and can not believe how quick my order came each time. I spent a few hundred dollars within weeks because it was worth it. The food is affordable and comes still hot. I kept ordering after the 1st time due to the yummiest food. The portions are beyond gracious and the order is always correct. After eating the 1st time; I actually called them to thank them for their service. Im high risk to Covid-19 due to my health. I really appreciate being able to get good food and service while staying safe. I appreciate this business 🙏 in so many ways. They hopefully can make it through these trying times but they put themselves at risk to do so. I have already prayed for this business to succeed for many more decades and even centuries to come. As a huge Google reviewer for over 10 years now with over millions of views on my reviews; I Strongly recommend this location for everyone to try their food made with love. I hope my platform on this review helps bring many blessings to them. I am not able to eat everywhere due to my lupus; however this was clean, fresh foods, and humble service that I now know is safe for me to dine from this location. If you order a certain amount from bottlenecks through door dash you will qualify for free delivery and other discounts. (Hope that helps) Door dash takes min of $3 for a tip but you can opt out to 0. I leave that and tip on top of that because they deserve it. I swear they come quickly without any problems. Door dash sends a text of the drivers name and location. You also get a text letting you know when the arrive. If we could help each other through these times; please help them. Let's start with this...it's a bar. I don't know how I missed that part when looking online. No private parking, so street parking it is. From the outside, it looked like it could be a toss up. I was with my entire family, after all. 6 adults with 9 kids. Inside, it looked very laid back. Again, nothing fancy, but a very relaxed atmosphere. Then, comes the service. It was great. Very prompt and attentive...not to mention, very accommodating. When you eat out with this many kids, there's always a "can I have an extra plate?" or "can we have more bread?" 😂😂 Service never skipped a beat. Now comes the food. Great tasting, great portions. Stopped in here over the weekend after ordering delivery once and was pleasantly surprised by everything. The ambiance is very sports bar, but the food is definitely an upgrade over traditional bar food. I had the cowboy mac and cheese (one of their best) and then the Philly Mac and cheese (also a very solid dish), and my partner had the crab Mac and cheese (could be better). We also tried the creamsicle martini, which had a very creamsicle smell, but the taste could be tweaked slightly to align it more with the smell.
