worst experience of my life so far. The old pakistani guy (bald) at the front went above and beyond on being rude and pathetic. He first asked me if I was indian, when I replied I was a bangladeshi, he started calling me “Hey Bangal” (derogatory term). How dare you speak to your customer like that!!

when I told him i’m gonna pay with card he gave me another look and asked again “You don’t have cash?” WTH!! are you guys doing any shady business that you want me to pay with cash!??

Before leaving he again shouted at me “Hey Bangal, take two drinks” I was annoyed so much and had to control myself. If I could give them negative stars I would. The person at the front don’t know how to speak to a customer.

As of recently my experience with this place has been terrible. I had food missing, when I brought it to there attitude. He had the audacity to get an attitude. Once I repeated with I had said, since during the first conversation I had to repeat my order 4x, he oh's and offers to make the missing food free of charge. Than when its delivered, the delivery guy says it's $10. Again on the phone with the order taker (here we go again) he gets an attitude and just repeats in a loud tone that it's $10. Well you can have that food back, bruh. Let's not talk about how my WHOLE order was fking cold. I had to reheat them in the microwave. Never again! If it were up to me this place would ZERO stars.

First and foremost they do not wear gloves, secondly the cashier assumes that everyone that walks in is drunk and that is not the case. Very unprofessional customer service. I am from the restaurant industry and I know how patrons should be treated when you order something that requires the usage of utensils, you should accommodate your customer with utensils. Also they don’t give enough condiments for the amount of chicken/french fries that you purchase knowing that the cost of condiment packets is 0.0001 cents per packet.. and possibly $5 per box of 200+.. very rude and disrespectful when i tried to suggest future customer...
