I have no idea where to start with this review!!! From Patty’s fast, kind and very informative responses I was impressed from the start!! We communicated off and on as needed up until the date of the cake pickup. The day I went to pick it up I was blown away by how great it looked! This lady knows what she’s doing. I received so many compliments on how cool the cake looked and how great it tasted!i Patty is the absolute sweetest and she is very enthusiastic and excited about the work she’s doing. She has found herself a buddy in my son and a returning customer in is for our next event. Also I told party later I had a secret nervousness of having a cake with colored icing due to a prior cake from another bakery, Patty put those nerves to rest once I tasted the cake. I want to share with everyone what a terrific job Patty did for our family. My Mom just had her 100th birthday. Patty baked a wonderful cake for my Mom!, as you can see from the picture. She made it extra special and worked with me so that I could have a courier service deliver the cake to my Mom's nursing home. Patty was a delight to work with and sent us a picture of the cake so we could enjoy it too. We couldn't be there due to Covid-19, (we all attended with a Zoom call) but Patty's cake creation helped us all make my Mom's 100th birthday very special! I highly recommend Cake Creators. Incredible! I stopped in looking for some general information on a wedding cake and Patty blew us away with her generosity! I've been to other bakeries and they have turned me away and told me I have to make an appointment to ask questions. But Patty was the only one there and she stopped what she was doing to walk me through what she offered. She was excited about looking at ideas and giving us suggestions. She has excellent customer service and I love that she gave me a little personal folder with all the information to take home. I look forward to working with her for my cake!
