Metro Express — Restaurant in West Hempfield Township

Food is good. Service is questionable. The driver of a dark colored Subaru, however is confrontational, rude and obnoxious. As we were backing out from our parking spot at this facility the driver flew in behind our vehicle almost hitting us. We waited for what we thought was a gentleman to get out of his vehicle to ask him to please slow down. He then told us, "We need to watch out for him because he has the throw way and that we should be more aware of our surroundings!" Not sure when a parking lot became a throw way, obviously this individual is either very ignorant or has a lack of education. This was extremely upsetting to me as well as very unprofessional behavior from this establishments employee. When we called in to speak to the manager he pretty much didn't care that the driver had done this and he also didn't care that he almost hit a car with my pregnant wife in it. He was just as unprofessional and rude as the driver he has working for this...

Im sorry to say i ordered from metro often til tonight ..😠😡 i dont normally call ppl stupid but i must say tjis is an exception ..i went to place an order first they say they dont have the $30. Special no more but its on there menu/website second i wanted to order an american sub or like its put on there menu cold cut ..this stupid idiot told me he dont know what a amarican or a cold cut sub is like really i said its on the menu on line he said hes looking at the menu an it does not say that so not only did i have to deal with an idiot but an idiot trying to make me look stupid ..so now metro lost a regular customer an best believe ill be passing this on an they will lose alot more ..if u dont know the food then u should not be working there an that says alot for the person who does the hiring sorry but they proved a point they hire just any one with no brain an attitude i did not ask for . thanks metro...

Last time I ordered a special Pizza it was a ham and pineapple with extra cheese extra large. When it came to me I was missing about 4 in from both sides of the box so I called back and took pictures and proved to her that my ham and cheese was so much smaller than my extra cheese that I got which you know met the box size. She said it'll be a credit I asked her are you sure she said yes it automatically comes up under your phone number I'm being told now that it does not it upsets me because I really love Metro's Pizza but when you do dishonest things by taking and cutting pieces of my pizza out that's not cool and again now they're telling me it's not there my credit so I give him one star even though the food is delicious it gets one star cuz they I swear cut food for my pizza and that's why I sent emails and pictures. Says 10.99 for wings, but...
