Guy Fieri's Flavortown Kitchen — Restaurant in West Homestead

To be fair not the worst food ever. It’s edible. However with the name it has prestige that it falls far from delivering on. This place is slightly above McDonalds but below TGI’ Fridays. They have an upsale on fries for 5 dollars. But these fries are nothing special that McDonald’s does not do above 1 dollar. I ordered what was described at a bacon Mac and Cheese hamburger. What I was provided was two buns with a thin overcooked burger and an unopened ketchup pack placed between the bun and burger. I kid you not. Nothing else. No Mac and cheese, no bacon, no sauce, just bare bun, burnt burger, and unopened ketchup pack. If this was 1 dollar from a homeless man on the side of the road. I would say 5 stars. But this was 16 dollars with a big name attached. I provide 1 star instead of zero… simply for the fact that because for the rest of my life I will get to tell people I actually ate at this place before it fades away to the sands of time of time and...

They need to change the name. Don't call yourself flavortown if flavor is what you're lacking. This is one of the most disappointing things I've put in my mouth. Selling this overpriced chefboyrdee status pasta. Supposed to have pepperoni in it. I guess the 3 slivers of pepperoni counted. This breaded chicken was not only burnt but has no seasoning. Like hoooow?? There's a vast variety of seasonings that exist. You can even mix some really. On top of that finessed with the cheesecake. Even the description said there's chips and pretzels on top but not a pfffft of either existed. Charging almost 8 bucks for a bootleg cheesecake factory slice. At least cheesecake factory adds a little razzle dazzle to their stuff. The low star reviews are for a reason. Don't waste your time or annoy...

Went to guys flavotown in pigeon forge TN which had been opened for a couple of weeks we had to wait an hour to be seated. We were all so excited but when we got the menu not much selections. I ordered the spicy chicken Alfredo which had enough salt to explode your BP… my hubby ordered the ribs with mac & cheese, ribs were nice and tender but the mac & cheese was dry and tasteless. When the waitress saw we weren’t happy with our meals she asked my husband if everything was okay and he said no and pointed to the Mac & cheese and she just said “I guess it’s not your day” and walked away. She didn’t even want to ask me. My granddaughter ordered the chicken waffles and they had no taste, had bits of chicken in the waffle that were hard to chew and very dry. We will never go...
