Pat's Pizza & Pub — Restaurant in West Jefferson

We go to Pats as a family often....Have been for years....and we live in Hilliard. However....in the past 4 weeks this place has declined. What ever happened to Pat ? He used to be so friendly and happy. He was bullying this real little girl that works there a couple of weeks ago....cursing...almost poking fun at her. Mind you....she is a new employee and cannot know everything. I thought maybe this was an isolated incident....maybe just a bad night....but it was not. We were there last night...had a great server....very polite ! It just so happens it was the same lil girl Brooklyn....once again Pat was talking to her like trash.....in front of customers. Bullying is not acceptable in any form....and that's just what he does. Pay attention.....how an employer treats his employees tells a lot about his character and business. And i have not even mentioned the 3 cockroaches in the ladies room trash can last night....it was a very clean bathroom...but just yuck....what's in the kitchen ? 03/21/2024 Another absolutely amazing pizza here tonight! Crust is perfectly crunchy, sauce was plentiful and tasty! Service was spot on! Love this place!

We had a great pizza and service tonight! The pizza we had was delicious! The service we got was excellent very friendly and attentive! We saw the sign out front said "special large one topping $11.75"! We were very excited for that deal! Our large Pepperoni and two diet cokes were 22.36? We asked what happened and with a straight face the server said "well you have to ask for that"!(the special )I asked if the pizza was different and no "you just have to ask for it"! We continued to set and watch the game and the owner came by. He was equally friendly and talked to us for some time. He offered to adjust our bill but, we had already paid. The pizza was worth every penny we paid and we will go back but if you want a special price you...

We tried the pretzels and the bacon cheese fries. Pretzels weren't as dense as I like them and didn't have a lot of salt but were decent. Cheese was a nacho cheese. Same on the fries but loaded with bacon. They were very good. Needed more salt and I don't even over salt stuff. Haha. We ordered a supreme pizza. It was pretty good, the bottom was burnt in a few areas so that wasn't great but the parts that weren't burnt were good. Plenty of toppings, good sauce. Crust was thin and im not a big fan of thin crust but it was pretty good overall. We also had the phillycheese steak which my daughter said was good. Service was great, sat on the patio, road noise was pretty loud but it was rush hour. Disappointed in the burnt pizza but...
