Famous Restaurant Incorporated — Restaurant in York

Location of the restaurant is in a really bad place in town. Parking is hit or miss and now that the alleyway is blocked, it's even more dangerous.

The food is good and always seemed fresh, dispite the fact that the place has very questionable hygiene. The customer base is based on local old timers and questionable people. I've been there for breakfast and lunch a few times and it's always been the same.

Another positive note, the service has always been excellent and the food is always prepared in front of you.

If you find parking upfront and want a quick bite, go for it. I recommend their breakfast...

One of those hidden gems in York County. Great pricing. Food is always cooked to order. I personally go for breakfast but my significant other loves the hotdogs. Also to note: the owners work the grill EVERY single day I have been there. They really take pride in their restaurant and are so welcoming and friendly.

For those a bit distressed about the location: yeah, it is in York City but that doesn't mean much. No different than being in the square at George and Market St. People in the area do not bother with you and keep to...

My first time here this morning for breakfast. It's a cute little place, I got the 2 eggs with bacon platter. The bacon was really good, the eggs were okay. Was given coffee in a styrofoam cup because they had no more coffee cups...the ghettooooo...the service was slow, waitress didn't smile once, or give her name, and never came back to ask if we needed anything or how the food was. Never received my food box. Not sure I'd go again off a whim, but if invited, I'd probably give this place...
