Hey guys real review from a real guy and a real customer. Got the alert asking me to review which is wierd because I ate there once and a co worker got me. A "fajita" there once. So I got the Korean. Mostly because I'm half and I thought hey what the heck.its not Bulgogi, but not horrible.it was definitely edible but much like others here the portions were small, I was treated like I didn't speak English by the first employee I encountered which whatever, it didn't bother me it I'm used to it. I left hungry and like 40 dollars lighter and had to go get something to eat about an hour later to feel satisfied. I was already warned about that by one of the people in my party . But she really wanted me to try the korean.sigh. the meat didn't seem "premium" but it was ok so whatever.
Honestly, I would have 3 started this review, so what made me 1 star it? The owners responses to current reviews and the owners responses to past reviews, and the fact that he's obviously padding his reviews. If you have a bad moment apologize make it right and move on and work hard to get your reviews up don't pad them in the most obvious way!!!! I work about 15 minutes from this joint. I had thought once or twice when people want "something new" for our employee lunches to suggest this place. Before the price / food quality/quantity ratio has deterred me, now it's theowner, his lies, his attitude (or her) I'm not discriminating. The fact that my GPS asked if I wanted to review and this person is going to say I never ate there causing me to go through my bank account and get the date, to go into this place and throw my receipt in his face. No chips and salsa to go with it. No side dish options. None of us felt satisfied and were still hungry when we left. Definitely no ādoggy bag lunchesā when you eat here. All of us said we would be happier had it been three small fajitas. Wouldnāt have felt like we didnāt get what we paid for.
The restaurant that was there previously had a lot of faithful customers and repeat business because it was reasonably priced and had delicious food. If Lucās wants to survive in West Milford/Hewitt, theyāll need to modify their offerings or their prices. Iāve lived here for over 20 years and have seen restaurants come and go. Iād love to see this one stay as itās not ANOTHER pizza place.
update disappointed in the owners response to my honest (not scathing) review. Just because of the way you responded, I will not go again and give you a second chance. I will also be hesitant to recommend your place to others. Itās a shame because the food was deliciousā¦just not enough...

We asked for a couple extra tortillas didn't care the cost. They said "we can't do that"
Numerous times we ordered to go and items completely missing or the order never made it to the kitchen and didn't exist.
Asked for a amanger after the 4th issue. It was a Saturday at 530 on a sunny 90 degree day at the lake and I was told " the manager isn't in, they stepped out"
Where are they?? Who is running this circus.
Again the food is great. Borderline phenomenal. The service is despicable. Laughable. An actual circus. Please work on this.
