Customer service is horrible. After ordering 200 dollars or more with them a month then u make an honest mistake because their girls answering the phones tell u a wrong price (which im sure was a mistake to) and end up short just for cinnamon sticks which is like 5 bucks they condemn you. But if they mess up ur order the just tell you thanks for letting me know... they have messed up our orders plenty of times and never made a fuss about it. They even forgot some of my.food before. We been ordering with them for so long and we always tip the drivers really good. The one day we just ordered pizza pop cinnamon sticks and bread sticks i asked for a price and she told me well im at work with my boyfriend and 2 kids at home when i get a call from the delivery guy that we r short. This delivery guy wasnt nice at all either even tho we have tipped this guy good a lot of times to. Well my boyfriend has enough for everything except the cinnamon sticks plus 2 dollars so the driver takes the cinnamon sticks and 2 dollar tip. We got an order after that they came and we went to order another day and they say we r not allowed to order with them no more because of that. I asked to talk to the manager and try to explain what happened and i didnt even get to finish before the manager snaps on me saying well if it was an honest mistake then why did i lose out on money on a sub i threw away. I just knew there was no talking to this guy. Also we never even ordered a sub... The manager yells at u saying not to yell at him when ur not even yelling at him. He has a bad communication problem. My dad calls him back and the manager starts swearing at my dad first. The way this place acted was horrible and not right over an honest mistake. They acted like we did it on purpose and it was all over cinnamon sticks. I would really like to talk to the owner of this place i really hope he knows how his manager has acted. Im an honest hard working person that struggles. Me and my family didnt deserve to be treated like that...
Read moreWhere I live there are not a lot of pizza places that deliver to that area. So I would order from Fox's even though they had a tendency to get my order wrong (adding tomatoes when I requested no tomatoes, delivering pizza so undercooked the cheese has not yet melted, forgetting to put lettuce on hoagies, once they even delivered a meatball hoagie with no sauce). Yesterday they delivered a pizza with toppings I did not order, I finally had enough and decide to call and complain. The girl who answered the phone said there's nothing they can do but she could take my phone number down and the owner could give me a call back the next day. I told her that was not good enough I'm not waiting a day to maybe get a phone call back from the owner and that's something needed to be done now. After having me hold for a while, where you could clearly hear she called the owner and discussed the matter, she got back on the phone and said that they could remake my order but it would be about an hour. The first pizza took about an hour and I was not willing to wait another hour for a second and said I want my money back. She then told me that she would void the order and reimburse me but I'm not allowed to call there and order anything anymore from them. After all the screw-ups they've done I didn't plan on calling back and ordering anymore anyway I just find it funny how they screw up and then ban me because I expect them to be...
Read moreWe just want to say that you never know what’s going on in someone’s life just by looking at them. I picked up a pizza order, left a 18% tip, and on my way out the girl at the counter said “wow, five dollars.”
The reason why it’s so significant to me is that she had no idea that we’re struggling with money right now because we just moved here. That “five dollars” was not owed you. It’s a courtesy. You should tip your staff, but it’s really a thank you.
To that girl, I’m sorry it was just five dollars but it was my last five I had....
