9/10/24-Love their Tuesday Pizza Special! A great value! I ordered the Large cheese pizza and added sausage (additional charge) It’s absolutely delicious! I ordered it to go and brought it home still piping hot! Love their pizza! The crust has just the right texture and chew.. and flavor.. tons of sausage! Amazing! I always order my pizza with just a little of pizza sauce.. theirs is delicious! Just the right amount of cheese! So much flavor and it’s so yummy! I didn’t order their garlic knots today but definitely try them-some of the best I’ve ever had! I will freeze some pieces and take them out and re-heat them in my Air Fryer. They are even better the next day! Wonderful customer service! Friendly and always welcoming! Family owned and operated! I always enjoy supporting local businesses! I love this place! The pizza is my favorite in the area and has been for a very long time. But I’m writing this review to speak on their customer service. I recently placed an order for pick up. My wife stopped in to pick it up on her way home from running errands. She had no idea what I ordered; she just said she was there to pick up an order under my name. The staff accidentally gave her the wrong order and she drove away with it. The restaurant called me and told me what happened and I tried to get a hold of my wife but before I could, she got home. I called the restaurant back and told them they can come get this pizza back if they wanted to, and also to just cancel my order. The staff told me not to worry about it and the owner will call me later to refund my purchase. I didn’t expect a phone call, as this was a small order; no big deal, mistakes happen. Anyway, the owner or manager called me and texted me and long story short, refunded me and apologized and said they don’t want to lose my business. I kind of felt bad. It was just a small mistake, and we’ve never had a problem with Jays Pizza before, so I wasn’t worried about it. My kids and I used to love this pizza. But recently the quality has gone to the dogs-cold before you get it home(15 mins.) They must be giving you old pizza . I picked it up promptly, but it must have been made way before (pepperoni pizzas made in bulk ?) Hard. Flavorless and the crust tastes like dishwater. You'd be better off getting Digiornos. Very dissapointed. Wasted $40......

11/04/23 update - This company replied to my review in a very trifling way.. My pizza was NOT being made when I came in. It was sitting on a shelf near the counter.. I actually arrived a little earlier than the ready time so your excuses don't make sense.. If you don't want negative reviews then improve your food. Like I said we used to love it but it's bad now.. . FYI-Your replying to a customer's review -( their opinion of an order they spent money on) in an aggressive retaliatory way is a really bad look for you. It says a lot about your establishment.. I guess you thought saying "enjoy your Digiornos" was clever huh? But all it did was make you look lame and bitter... Stop keyboard fighting with customers...DO...
