So a few co workers and I decided to go come in here for lunch. (Well it was mid afternoon between lunch and dinner). The owner was up front talking to a few customers and asking them how they liked their meal. He was extremely nice and thanked us all for coming in. For my meal I decided to get a large pulled pork Sandwich and 2 sides. My two sides were baked Mac-n-cheese and collard greens. The portions were definitely generous and a nice size sandwich. Well the pork was nice and juicy and had a lovely smoke flavor to it. I ended up getting the mustard sauce on mine. Now the sides were OUTSTANDING!! The Mac and cheese had a nice crust on top and the inside was nice and juicy (lots of times it becomes dried out but not here). Now lastly were they collard greens. There are no words in the dictionary that could express how much I throughly enjoyed these greens. These are THE BEST GREENS I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! I have definitely tried many greens over the years and have made them at home many times but these greens here were OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I loved the greens so much that I was dipping my sandwich into the pot liquor at the end. (Pot liquor is the juice in collard greens) So everyone, do you and your tastebuds a favor and go to this establishment and get yourself some food from here and donāt forget the greens!! And to the owner, you absolutely ROCKš¤š¼š¤š¼ your food is absolutely delicious and no one holds a candle to your collard greens...

Well, they did not disappoint! The cook looks like he's all of fifteen years old, but this young man can flat out burn!!! The staff was so friendly and answered all of our questions with patience. We ordered everything: Ribs, Chicken, turkey, macaroni & cheese (not the same as mac & cheese), collard greens, potato salad, corn bread, souse, pigeon peas and rice and "Trap Cake"!!! I went back and found out this is 7-UP cake and I understand why the owner called it trap cake. From what I understand, all of their cakes are equally delicious. I will soon find out.
I will be back on Sunday. I need to sample their Sunday menu. I grew up on this food. The portions are wonderful and with food this delicious, we were able to share and sample without fighting. You'll know what I mean. This place is awesome!!!!!
I only have one wish - make one pan of pigeon peas and rice without sausage; giving those of us who do not eat pork an opportunity to indulge. When you run out, you're out. Yes, I know the ribs and souse are pork, but I didn't eat...

No frills atmosphere, but at a great BBQ place that is fine with me. The women at the counter were very nice, hospitable, and welcoming. Three of us had the rib dinner and one person had the tips. We weren't sure what "tips" were, so the owner brought a slab of ribs out and showed us exactly what they were. The food was out within ten minutes and everything was hot and fresh. The portions were large and the ribs and tips were absolutely delicious. They did fall Off the Bone. Our sides included greens, beans, French fries and potato salad. The greens and beans were particularly good. The potato salad was a bit salty and that is the only thing that we could possibly say did not hit the mark, but that is obviously personal preference. Cornbread was included. Prices were very reasonable for the quantity and quality of food. We will be returning and Off Tha Bone will become a favorite take out for us.
