I've been to this location a few times, only because it's conveniently located by my home. I have never been able to commit due to their inconsistencies. It could be the painting of my nails or the time frame in which they can attend to me. Unfortunately, I will be no longer be giving them my business due to how long I waited. I am pretty patient and have no problem waiting. I signed in and gave them my number to call me as I will be waiting in my car. It took me 45 minutes to realize they hadn't called me and here I thought I was doing a good deed by them not feeling pressured and rushed from me being in the chair waiting. I walk in to see if they are available and notice that they have attended 2 others who signed in after me! Yea, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and never apologized. Had they asked those new customers there names, had gotten up to check the front parking lot(Located directly in front of their salon) they would've noticed me in my car as my running lights were on. Had they did a role call of there last 3 sign in's, they would've noticed the one person not being attended. I honestly don't understand the point of signing in if they are not going to use it. This review might have taken me 5 minutes to write but what's another 5 minutes on top of 45 minutes of me waiting in my car. I hope everyone reads this and puts there bad experiences online so they can become more professional. It's so rude and typical of them saying...
Read moreHorrible customer service went in today to get a pedicure. Everyone was eating grapes not in the break room, but however eating on the floor. I asked if the owner or his wife could give me a pedicure. His wife turned Told me another employee could do my pedicure. I declined I said I do not want that person to do my toes because I was unhappy with service by someone that did my toes when they were both over away for Fourth of July, and she was completely rude. I asked again if her or her husband could do my toes when they were finished eating and she completely ignored me. There weren’t any customers in the salon at the time. This hasn’t been the first time this occurred. My last visit I asked if she could do my toes and she never responded when her husband asked her. She sat in the back and ate food so Instead he ended up doing them. If you don’t want to do pedicures maybe a nail tech isn’t the field you should be in. Or if that isn’t a service you provide then say that. This establishment is Absolutely unprofessional rude and lacks a customer service friendly environment. Wouldn’t recommend going there are plenty of other facilities that...
Read moreI've been there a few times because it is so close to my house but every time I go I am beyond disappointed. Last time I was there, the woman cut my toe really badly using only the pumice stone (not even the cheese grater lol). She told me it was my fault that she cut me. They charged me for the pedi (I didn't ask them not to, but I would think they would offer. She cut my foot pretty badly). Also, when I came in they said it would be a few minutes and I asked if I could just sit in the pedi chair and soak my feet while I wait, they said yes but no one ever came over. It's very hard to tell who is in charge (if anyone). Oh I almost forgot, the girl doing my pedi started to fight with the technician next to her. like yelling at each other (this is probably why she cut me come to think of it). Also the place is pretty dirty. Just pay the extra money and go...
