PlaceIf you want food with no seasoning and right out of a can and a box... This place is for you! We had reservations at 6pm and our food was served to us at 6:55. My food was ice cold. I told the server and she takes the plate back and brings it back a minute later. All they did was throw it in the microwave. Don't bother for a drink list either-they don't have one. They also don't have half the supplies needed to make a mixed drink. Two different steaks were ordered-well done and medium well... Both came out medium rare. The place was horrible. Staff didn't seem to care if you were there or not.

The food was really good and fresh. I had a cheesesteak sandwich, my wife had buffalo chicken sandwiche with fries. The buns on the food were fresh, the fries were freshly cut from potatoes (homemade). The place looks dated, but its really clean. If you'd like a good trip through contemporary American, family owned rural restaurants, this would be a great choice. Even as a quick stop for some fresh food, also a great choice.

Ambiance is fine, decor is nice, family friendly and lots of room for wheelchairs. Service in late afternoon (with only 2 tables including mine) saved by the bartender. Regrettably, the featured NY Steak was chewy and pricey, french fries was somehow “fluffy”, scallop was ok. Beer was good and I may have to try other dishes that other reviewers raved about.

We had high hopes for this place. We always drive by since we live in the area and said one day we'll finally stop. It's very basic drab bar/restaurant decor. The service was fast and friendly. We got beer, a mixed drink, birch beer, nachos, a fish dinner, shrimp scampi and dessert. My husband not a fan of his bloody Mary, which is why he switched to soda. The nachos were pretty good. His fish was a little over cooked but he enjoyed his meal overall. The garlic bread that came with my meal was a burnt hoagie roll with cold butter and garlic paste spread on it. My shrimp scampi had a lot of extras (tomatoes, peppers, onion, bacon, broccoli) to tried to hide the lack of shrimp. Not enough seasoning either. My husband's fruit pie was pretty good. My coconut cake was dry and didn't have any coconut in/on it. Definitely don't think we'll be giving this place another shot which is ashame because it's so hyped up. I think there's just so few restaurants in the area, anything...

Live close by and never stopped here ... I went with my wife and my two daughters my wife had the meatloaf with gravy and a salad my daughter had the cheeseburger with french fries from the kids meal and my other daughter had the spaghetti and a salad I had the wings with french fries our waitress was friendly not too conversational but still friendly the food was excellent I love the wings french fries were good came out just the way I ordered my wife and daughters like the salads very much my daughter ate her entire cheeseburger so I would assume she loved it. My kids meals for only $2 each and the portions were very very good my wings were only $6 for 12 wings you can't beat that price I think our total bill was $32 for the 4 of us most places are bill would be $60 for the 4 of us with lousy food and bad portion size I have a nice size bar a pool table big screen TV and plenty of seating area I will definitely be back and strongly recommend this place good food...

I was attending a memorial service and the family had reserved part of this restaurant for this event. This restaurant is located on the main road with not much else around it. The interior of this establishment is somewhat old school and not well lit. HOWEVER, that said; the food is awesome. It is old school; that is you get MORE than you normally would pay for. This is FULL OF HOME STYLE, HOME COOKED MEALS. There is no rush on making your food, the mashed potatoes are real, freshly made and full of butter. The carrots are sliced for good portions. I had both baked chicken and roast beef. Both meats were juicy and full of flavor. The price was more than reasonable and the quality of the food was much more than expected. I would strongly recommend this restaurant when looking for a HOME COOKED meal for a very reasonable price. I will have to go back to really get a real sense of the food, due to the fact that the meal was pre-planned...
