Stacey was an absolute failure. Our first order of food never arrived, we called in and spoke to a man who told us he wasn’t sure where Stacey was with our food but “it should be there soon”. In which she never showed up. We called back again, and guess who answers the phone? The women who was suppose to bring our food! She then tells us that she couldn’t get ahold of us and she couldn’t find our address, then she changed her story to “we ran out of pasta and were trying to reach you to see what you wanted instead?” If that’s the case why didn’t the man we spoke to before inform us you were only bringing HALF our order of food YOU marked as complete?! Fast forward to us on the phone with Stacey, her explaining excuses, she assured us our new order would be in the oven and out in “8 minutes”. Then 40 minutes later, no food again? We call... one last attempt. It’s now 10pm and the young man leaves us on hold, then he comes back to tell us “your food is just now being boxed up and will be delivered to you now” 8 minutes in the oven but it hasn’t left the store in 40 minutes? After the STORE MANAGER GUARANTEES IT? Then the final delivery driver named Devin arrives and says “it’d be real nice if you don’t order from us again” This is completely unacceptable. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience with an older woman at the checkout. A friend visiting from abroad decided to treat our family to pizza. When we arrived to pick it up, we encountered a woman who seemed to be having a rough day; she immediately raised her voice at my friend. I attempted to pay with a $100 bill, but as I was handing her the money, my friend reached for the pizza. At that moment, she shouted at him not to touch the pizza because she was unsure if she had change. There was no need for her to yell, as I could have easily paid with a card or gone to a nearby gas station for change.
I suggested that she speak to the manager about keeping more change in the register for customers with larger bills, but her only response was a firm "We can't. WE CAN'T!"
As I was leaving, I overheard her telling other staff members that I was the same person who frequently came in with large bills. I found this profiling quite unsettling. Just because I have light skin, a stocky build, and a beard doesn’t mean she should assume anything about me.
If you fit this description, I advise against visiting this location with large bills, as you may face similar treatment. There are far better ways to communicate with customers than by raising your voice or yelling, and such behavior is simply...

Figured that I could stop by my house and still be at the restaurant in 20-25 minutes would be plenty time if not. A few minutes wait. I got there and was asked to pay. Which I did. After payment the clerk said it would be another hour before ready. I said it had already been 25 minutes and why. She said they were busy but I could go sit my car and they would bring it to me in an hour. I said I wasn't gonna wait in their parking lot for an hour. She suggested to go home and come back in an hour. I said I wasn't gonna do that either. I asked for my money back and she processed the credit transaction. No apologies no how to make it better.
