This was one of my favorite places to get coffee when I visit the tri cities but now I’m not so sure I’ll be returning. I am very disappointed in the employees and even the managers lack of knowledge on allergens in their products. They claimed their products don’t list ingredients or allergens on them. They were too lazy to ask the manager until I pushed to know. My girlfriend has celiac disease and cannot have gluten or she will have severe side effects if it’s consumed. In my past experiences they were always happy to figure things out and make the customer happy. They were always upbeat and made such a great atmosphere. However that seems to have changed lately. They don’t care to make sure allergens are known or work to figure them out. They are more into rushing to get things done than to take care of their customers. It seems to me the only thing they care about anymore is getting your order and getting you gone. I understand wanting to keep times down but when a customer has allergens that need to be accommodated it’s time to take a moment and actually put in the effort for them. It is also important that things are labeled with an ingredient list and allergens. I am very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll...
Read moreThis is the worse Wake Up Call I’ve ever been unlucky enough to go to, I’ve given it MULTIPLE chances and every time my drink tastes horrible (this is compared to the other locations) and the sandwiches are super small (not sure if they get them like that?) but there’s a male barista who does not care at all about anything he’s doing and it’s very obvious. There were two cashiers/employees that were sociable and friendly but besides THEM and them alone this place is absolutely the worst. I’m so disappointed and I’ve never had such disgusting drinks from a place where I’m assuming they have an easy 1-2-3 step system. Corporate needs to retrain and check these machines because something is seriously wrong here. Sorry to the good employees. I just would never recommend this location to anyone.🪰
Edit: just read the reviews and three months ago someone had a similar issue with a male employee who does not care, probably the same brown haired dude. I really would like to say he needs retraining or to be fired. I’ve never in my life experienced a barista so bad. Ever. Your business will slow down due to this employee I can assure you. Sadly, I will never be back to see...
Read moreThis location is hands down the best one. Every single person who works here is friendly, patient and they always make an effort to get to know you--and not in a "I'm doing this because it's part of my job" kind of way. They are genuinely nice people. I've been trying to learn everyone's names--but Brandon, Abby and Audrey are ALWAYS amazing!! They always help me start my day off on the right foot. As far as the coffee goes--it's MUCH better than the company before and I like that they brought back some of the favorites from the Roasters days. My ONLY feedback would be that I wish when you order a larger coffee, that you automatically get more espresso shots. I always order an Americano and It's weird to me that a 20oz & the next size up (24?) both get 2 shots...but the larger one gets more water so it's watered down...I get that I can pay for an extra shot, but just seems weird that the shot count wouldn't increase with the size. BUT that is not a huge complaint, just an observation. I will still go here and still order my...
