Ordered a cheese pizza to go just after they opened. Service was friendly, but direct with no frills. Here's my four point pizza review: Crust: 5/5 - They advertise fresh dough made daily and certainly deliver on it. Great texture, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just the right amount of chewiness. Stretched well for a nice uniform thickness, and nice flavor. Sauce: 3/5 - It's a decent sauce, but didn't pack a ton of flavor in my opinion. Tasted good, but I would have liked a bit more tomato punchiness. Toppings: 4/5 - Just the right amount of cheese and it had good flavor. It could have been spread a bit further towards the outside, but not bad. Preparation: 4/5 - Dough was well cooked and overall the pizza looked very good. There was a slightly off taste I couldn't put my finger on, like perhaps the pizza was cut with a knife used to cut green peppers, or perhaps there were some veggies touching the cheese on the maketable imparting a minor flavor. This wasn't bad, just unexpected. Overall, a good pizza for the price and definitely better quality ingredients than the big chain guys. I've been here previously for dine-in, and they do a good job with the quality of their menu selections across a wide variety of choices.

Reasonably priced Italian food. I love it. Calzones are 11 bucks, and giant. I eat half and take half home. Their homemade meatballs are well worth getting. The sausage is very good too. Things I'm not so fond of are the ham and cook time of the pizza/calzoned. The ham is diced up small, and I prefer big chunks, but taste is fine. That's a personal preference. The dough gets a little crispy on the bottom. I wish they pulled it just a couple minutes faster. The taste is amazing though. What ever they season the dough with - yummy. Service is great. They are speedy and attentive without being obnoxious and in your face. Drinks were always full, food brought out quickly and hot, and they were pleasant mannered. The reason I dinged them a star is the desserts. They are good, but they aren't made in home. Desserts are sourced out. Still a decent tiramisu though. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. It's great for a date or a family dinner out. It manages to be full, but you still feel like you have privacy.

Best Calzones in Tri-Cities hands down. It's a fairly large Calzone (makes dinner and lunch for me) and has an amazing dough- great flavor and texture (crispy and not too thick). The amount of fillings is perfect and it comes with an excellent dipping marinara. I love the use of feta in the Calzones in addition to the mozzarella , it definitely gives it extra umami flavor. I've never been disappointed when I've ordered this, and I do frequently. I can't review anything else they serve, but if you want a calzone this is the place to go.

We went to Italiano's for the first time last night and I wanted to like Italiano's but.... I LOVED IT!! After feeling nervous about bringing our three young children into such a cozy place, a server reassured us that Italiano's is a family restaurant and they'd be happy to serve us. Jenna was our server and she was the absolute best! Attentive, quick, and very personable, she was a delight to have as a server. She had a bright smile and really took care of our family. I ordered spaghetti off of their simple menu and a side Caesar salad and my goodness I was so impressed! The sauce was impeccable and the salad was by far the best Ceasar salad I've ever had. A generous and delicious amount of parmesan cheese with the salad made it irresistible. Their fresh breadsticks were warm and one of a kind! We were gifted with yummy mozzarella bread and I was amazed by at how much flavor was bursting through the bread combined with their sauce. Their oven was exciting to watch fire up too. I ate my left overs today and wished I had eaten slower!!! We will go back again and again for the best italian in the tri cities! Thank you for a wonderful...

I'd say it's the best pizza in town. I'm very picky. I'm from Chicago so I know the difference between good pizza and not good pizza. This pizza is as close as ur going to get to good ny or Chicago pizza in this area. Thank God for this place that does it right, homemade dough, sauce, good flavor and Italian sausage. It's not cooked raw on the pizza but it's still real Italian pre cooked sausage w flavor. There's not enough cheese so u have to order extra cheese but the flavor and texture is the best I've had in town. The cheese tends to be undercooked so I have to ask for the pizza to stay in oven longer but I wind up having to cook it longer at home. When I do it turns out perfect. It's great pizza. I just love the cheese overcooked unlike most ppl. I love that the cooks dont have beards bc it's so unsanitary for cooks to have beards. I'm big on health codes being met bc there's too many ppl getting sick from seemingly harmless unsanitary practices. I hope Italianos will stay sanitary and live up to the excellent standard. I only get pizza at Italianos as long as they keep up the good work....
