It's Dunkie !! Go get Java, and donuts, it's not supernatural the events that occur there!!!( Small Caveat this local):. Its Dunkie!, is a pretty easy review, but as this store is almost always packed at usual times, I'd like to mention 1 thing about this local in particular. Busy or not, it's Corporates job to put enough people in a shift as needed, based on prior sales receipts, & persistency #'s,(I wasn't Always a photographer!). That said, to add 2 untrained persons to man the registers at a time when there were no less than 8 people in line, and drive thru around the building. Several people noticed how apologetic the young man behind the register was, which is kinda his job but it was very appreciated, also it wasn't his fault. I get it all and maybe this is 'too much' for a DD review, but my Verified, Google public reputation is on the line, so I'm going to make my point and sum it up, *. A manager is many things and to NOT, categorize a DD Mgr in the same manor as a Whlse Banking lines mgr, simply is unheard of, just far different methods. All the same simple things like an on hands employee mgr, taking their break at a, historically BUSY TIME, is ridiculous. It matters not your job, take pride in your work, take pride in leadinging younger adolescent youths who don't really know any true work ethic, to achieving one. DONT sit at a table earshot distance away from CUSTOMERS, and joke about how flustered the young man is, because he doesn't HAVE THE ABILITY YET TO REVERSE A SALE THAT HE ACCIDENTLY ADDED A ZERO - THUS needing to fix a 100$ vs 10$ payment. This is such nonsense that BUT FOR HIS BEHAVIOR IN HANDLING THE SITUATION AS BEST HE COULD, & having 3 people who's age may have totaled 300 yrs, enjoying chatting with him, vs being angered by the * 7 minute wait until resololution, I may have actually given a 0 stars and added a call to corporate.    Read moreLiterally the worst Dunkinâ in this area. Employees are rude, no one answers the phone when you call, your order comes out messed up and food burned. I always give this dunkin a chance and without fail every time something isnât right or the service is awful. You could be waiting inside with no other customers and make eye contact with an employee and still be waiting 10 minutes before anyone moves to take your order. I once walked in behind a family and watched employees notice the amount of people that walked in, not greet anyone or say âweâll be with you inâŚâ nothing just made the family wait to be acknowledged. Iâve even tried ordering through the app for pick up and even taking my Sweeet time to get there none of my orders were ready or they didnât have what I ordered and I had to order something else. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The whole store should be retrained for service. Typically when this Dunkinâ messes up I go to the one at the other end of Riverdale because they actually know what theyâre doing or at least try to and treat their customers with kindness rather than just a blank stare and just handing you your drink that they somehow messed up.    Read moreWas visiting my daughter from out of state and went to this Dunks on 4/17/22. Waited at the counter 5-7 minutes before being noticed. Grabbed two bags of Hazelnut coffee from the display case in register area. When I got back to my daughterâs house, I noticed that both bags of coffee had expired; one that day and one back in February. I returned the bags of coffee in hopes of exchange of fresh coffee later that day only to find that ALL of the bags of coffee on the display were past the expiration date. Once again, I had to wait several minutes to be noticed at the counter. The manager had gone home for the day and the clerk didnât know how to issue me a credit back to my app. He called the manager and she said I would have to come back in the next day. However, I was then on my way home to NH, almost 3 hours away. The clerk told me that I could take the expired bags of coffee to any Dunkin store for exchange. I stopped at 2 stores in Mass and one in NH and none of them would do an exchange! The stores are franchises, not chains. I tried to call this Dunks on 4/18/22 to speak with the manager and was hung up on. I tried for over an hour to call back but the phone only rang and rang with no answer.
