Nice and clean!!!!! The place to go for nice shoes at affordable prices, It was a very long time since I shopped here but it is always a very pleasurable experience. I remember that the last time I shopped here at this specific location it used to be located at the lower level of the mall which by the way is a very interesting mall with lots of stores to chose from, anyways DSW used to be at the lower level right near the food court and you know what that mess to shop right next to where all the food is. This mall is one of my favorites to shop specially for all the good food and variations they have. And going back to DSW, this is one of the best shoes store ever.

I went here looking for some winter boots, and man I was the customer that drives retail people nuts came in and out. Tried on multiple pairs of shoes in different sizes, waffled about my decision, and never once was the staff rude - in fact one gentleman (Alex) in particular was helpful and friendly the WHOLE time despite my indecision. I did get a pair of boots, that by the way we’re not marked up at all as you often find in malls. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I have been shopping at DSW for a couple of years now and I never had a problem that wasn't resolved. I would like to recognize sales associates Luis and especially Jenn for going above and beyond their line of duty to help me out. For the customer service and pricing, I would give 5 stars but I am giving a 4 for the product. I bought a pair of sneakers a while back and as it turned out, they where defective. A couple of weeks after I bought them, I noticed the adhesive began wearing off between the rubber soul and the fabric of the shoe. I didn't think much of it until the front exterior sole completely separated from the fabric, in other words, just ripped off. Frustrated I headed towards DSW to see if they could help me out. "It is my goal to make our customers happy." said sales associate Jenn. With the determination Jenn had to help me out, the exchange transaction...

5 starts because of Dez! She was so helpful, kind and courteous! I went in to get my son some Nike Calm slides for his birthday and we didn't noticed they were a little damaged until we got to the register, so Dez offered a discount or to order us a new pair. We decided to take the discount and when she heard it was my son's birthday, she took off an extra bit. Dez really made our day. This single momma is so grateful that I was able to save a little, as Nike Calms are not cheap and my son is so excited to have his slides! That's what I call customer service...
