I ordered a large order online and had it accidentally shipped to my house instead of for pick up. I couldnât figure out how to cancel my order so I called the store. Sam answered and because it was Sunday and Labor Day weekend customer service was closed. I told Sam I was going to come in to the store and repurchase since these were gifts for my mother. I read him off my entire order and he had everything set aside for me when I arrived. Both my mother and I were warmly welcomed and treated with wonderful customer service. My mom told Sam âthis is my favorite place in the whole worldâ and Sam replied âmine too!â đ„°. We browsed the store a bit and talked about some beautiful candle holders. One of which we absolutely adored. Sam told us how beautiful it was when lit up. We left the store so happily.
I shortly returned back for the candle holder, it was a must have. When I returned I was happily greeted again by both Sam and the gentleman working with him. Sam told me he looked into how I could easily return my large order and walked me through the whole process so I wasnât confused.

Sam has absolutely shattered that mood. between the dirty looks, attitude, and hearing his snarky comments about me and my friend. then proceeding to walk into the back on his phone while there is a line of 4 people, leaving his coworker Erik (who was very kind and personable) to handle all of the work.    Read moreI ordered 4 candles from Yankee candle on October 13, 2019. I received the candles a little over a week later and 2 of the jar candles were broken. I emailed yankee candles customer care and sent pictures of the broken candles asking for some kind of resolution. I received a response saying that they would be happy to replace the broken candles and asked me to send more pictures of the broken candles. I did this and followed up with 4 emails since October 28th and have not received a response. Iâm very disappointed with the customer service and just want my candles.
