Old Navy — Local services in Holyoke

I love "Old Navy." I'm fairly certain I'll never outgrow it. I love retro T-shirts, especially if they're emblazoned with something unique. Their PJs are comfy and cool. Flattering, asstastic yoga pants for $7? Yes, please! Lately, I've been to the "Holyoke Mall" store. The first time was around Christmas. I simply needed to return something; the cashier was fine with it, since it was and looked unworn. However, I can't shop in a stampede. The array of impulse buys on route to the register checkout is simultaneously fascinating and overwhelming. Try to look away. If you needed it, you would have it by now. I strolled past "Old Navy" recently and was quite impressed by the window display. Sometimes, this place nails it, besting its boarding-school sibling, "Banana Republic;" often at lower than half the price. They have amazing sales, especially online. I scored stylish, warm, luxe earmuffs for under $10. glee However, the matching gloves were flimsy and immediately sported a sad hole that couldn't be repaired. It's hit or miss here, but always...

Every time I visit Holyoke, I make sure to stop into the Old Navy & ship. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience at Old Navy until today. Was buying a shirt & went to the cashier who was a guy Cashier number: 3055871. He rang up my purchase asked “Cash, credit or debit” I said “cash” he asked again & again I repeated “Cash” He rolled his eyes & said “Is it credit or debit” I just handed him the money. He asks for my email address & as I’m spelling it “KA” he said “whatever I don’t care” prints my receipt. I told him he was being rude for no reason, he rolled his eyes, mumbled under his breathe & said “like I said I don’t care!” NEVER have I ever experienced that at Old Navy. He needs a refresher on customer service or he shouldn’t work...

I wish 90% of the baby clothes / toddler clothes were not all for girls. The little boys section is about as expansive as their maternity hole in the wall section. The kids clearance area is a disaster and I wasn't sure if it was clearance or just another area of the store where people through their go backs. It seems like if you want little boys clothes and shoes you'll have to do your shopping online. I wish I could spend more money here but there just aren't many options and I've already picked up what is available...
