Arctic Circle — Restaurant in West Valley City

Never been a fan of this artic circle but I have lived near by for 3 years so I continued to go. However after my last 3 visits I will never return. I ordered a corn dog and fry on a slow Saturday and I received the food in about 1 minute. As expected the cord dog was only cooked on half of it. I'm not sure if they just let it sit at the bottom of the fryer or what is going on but one side is always undercooked. I decided to take it back and get a new one and instead of making a fresh one properly they brought me out another one that was the exact same way. Started eating it " I did pay for it" and of course it tasted like it was made first thing in the morning and sitting on a heater. Threw half of it away. Then started eating my fries and they were cold and hard. This has happened the last 3 times I've been and over the past 3 years it's never been "good". I work near a different location and haven't had a single one of these problems with that location. I would highly highly recommend...

I went through the drive thru, I asked the person taking my order for cheese curds with my meal. When I got to the window, I asked her if there were cheese curds in the bag, she said yes. I guess it was my fault for taking her word for it because when I got home… no cheese curds! I went back to the restaurant to let them know I didn’t get my cheese curds. I also asked them to remake my whole order since the food would now be cold to which they replied that I would have to pay for it because “there was nothing wrong with my food”. They also demanded a receipt but the employee did not give me a receipt when I had first ordered. And to top it all off, the employees were not nice during either interaction and acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking for WHAT I PAID FOR! And now me and my friend get to eat cold food. I will not be returning to...

The service was not to fast. For no-one in the restaurant. They were cleaning out their Shake station and they had tubs of the topping sitting on the counter and using scoops and ladles to get stuff out of the tubs the whipped cream was sitting on the counter and while I was sitting in the dining room 18 my dinner a girl came around and sprayed every table around me where cleaner and wiped the tables down I didn't mind that she wiped the tables down it was spraying every table in the restaurant with the cleaner the fumes made my dinner taste weird I think they should wait until there aren't people sitting at the tables when they're spraying the cleaner and then the girl mopping the floor mop the floor in the dining room then went in and mop the floor in the bathroom and I never watched her clean the mop head after she mocked...
