I am so upset with Subway. Went today and of course the same boy was there. He is rude he lied, we had e- gift card and he said I have to go on line then they mail you the card.WRONG!! We called all the other subways on the area and they said they take the e-gift cards everyday. I have to wear a mask for medical reasons and he says I can't understand you with that mask on. WOW! I have tried to get hold of corporate the manager and nobody will call you back. They tell you to go online and put in the review. All the reviews on this store are bad because he's not doing his job. He doesn't want to work. He just wants the money. I'm done with this Subway. Not that they care and not that anybody will contact me. That they need to get people in that care and like their job and don't put people down because they wear masks. When you don't know what the problems are, you need to keep your mouth shut and that's how I look at it. So if there's a manager reading this I hope you try to contact me. That would be nice because I would like my money back that should have been taken off on the e-card. Start reading your reviews because they're bad. You need to fix that store. I showed him everything on the internet that was sent to me. Oh well we don't do that here you have to go online and no mail you the card wrong. Get it together...

She said she did not want to i asked for a refund she refused to give me a refund and tell a gentleman behind me, said that I was simply asking for my sandwich to be remade and she didn't want to and he was willing to wait but she said that she gave me a bowl of meat and cheese and then some customers decided to go talk bad about me and flipped me off, and the lady who said she was the manager proceeded to laugh about the situation. The situation in general was completely unprofessional. I will never return to that subway I used to love that subway when I had been there several times before especially for buy one get one sandwich and the customer service there was a lot better and they made us laugh and even gave us free drinks a few times because we used to be regulars. It's been a while since I've been there about six months but I'm very disappointed. They have lost my service. My sister Service, and a few other people that were there that had apologized and offered to buy me another sandwich and I told them no I just wanted the refund...
Read moreI have been here all of 2 times. I have to say each time has been very disappointing and almost upsetting. There is absolutely no sense of customer service here. You walk in and expect to be greeted with an "hi how are you?" Or at least a "hello" right? No! You walk in to a very tense and unwelcoming atmosphere. You stand in line and hope to get a "I'll be with you in just a moment" or "give me a second" with a bit of a smile on their faces. No! They have absolutely no joy in their bodily or facial expressions. Trust me. I'm in customer service & I know that everyone has a bad day. It's a given. But for me to visit the same place almost 1 month apart & have the same experience it's annoying. When giving my order the girl pays me no attention and I have to repeat myself twice for each ingredient. They handle the food poorly and slam the toaster door closed and slam the trays around when moving from different areas. They make you feel as if you're not worth their time to put extra care into their customers orders or experience. I hope it changes soon or else they will lose a lot...
