Beans & Brew is freaking amazing! Their coffee is smooth, delicious, and you get so much for such a great price! There are other coffee shops, where you can get a large coffee for $7 to $10. The large is maybe 22oz., but at Beans & Brew you pay $5 to $8 and the large is probably a 44 oz. cup!!!!! If you love your coffee like I do, stop by and learn how freaking amazing they are!!
Now, one another note, I am a new grandmother and I have forgotten how all this stuff works. My granddaughter was crying, so I got my amazing coffee and pulled in the back of their parking lot, in the shade and got in the backseat. Once in the back seat, I locked all the doors, because my windows are tinted in the back. To any person walking past, it would look like an empty, running car!! I got my granddaughter taken care of and unlocked the back door; forgetting the doors were locked, I tried to open the driver door. I then got back into the car & pushed unlock all, or so I thought!! I then closed the back door and went to get into the driver door. It was then, I realized I hit the lock all doors button. My granddaughter was in the running car. I freaked out!!!!!!!!!!!! My phone, wallet, ID, and my granddaughter were in the car and it was HOT đĽ that day. All my windows were up. I only had the sun roof tilted which gave me maybe an inch of space to get into the car. Since the air conditioner was on, I went into the store. These two fabulous girls jumped into action. They brought out a broom, but it would not fit, it was bigger than the maybe inch!?!??!? This young lady, from the store went in and brought a empty mop handle with the plastic mop gripper on the end. I helped the young lady onto the roof of my car. I tried to pull open the sun roof window just a little while she was trying to get the broom handle in, which she did!! Once the broom handle was in, she went to the driver door and she was able to push the unlock all button and opened up the car đ!!! â¤ď¸ â¤ď¸ â¤ď¸ â¤ď¸ â¤ď¸ I helped her off my car and thanked her and she took the broom and mop handle back into the store. My granddaughter was screaming, so I jumped into the back seat and we cried together. Those two young women were gracious enough to help me and go the extra, extra mile.

   Read moreThis this morning, I ordered Crème brĂťlĂŠe coffee on DoorDash. And it tasted completely wrong So I called into the store, which is literally a minute from my home. And I explained my situation that my coffee didnât taste right and if I could come in and exchange it. She stated I could. So when I got there, I explained to the barista who helped me again what it happened And then asked if I could get it iced instead of hot . So went and asked the shift supervisor Or the manager, Deb or dub walked over and just stood in front of me and said nothing and had a long look on her face. so again, I explained what happened and I was coming into exchange my drink and if I could get the hot cold and she told me no there was a difference in price I stated that I would like to pay the price if I could do that and I was told no I had to get exactly what I had before. so she turned around and was away for me so disrespectful and rude. my heart sank I have never been treated so poorly by any other branch of barista coffee franchise's. This was my first time coming to beans and brews and boy with an experience⌠I had standing there feeling so mistreated it was very heartbreaking to say the least. so I turned around and told her never mind and I walked out.    Read moreI always come to this shop and don't really have any issues, but today I had the WORST customer service experience from any company ever in my life because of their Assistant manager Lorena Cervantes! I order my usual coffee and I only had $100 bill she asked me twice if I had a smaller bill and I said no and she started giving me attitude. She gave me $80 back and then gave me the rest of my change without saying a word and I said thank you and she shut the window on me. She came back and gave me my coffees again without saying a word (very awkward) and I asked her if she had attitude she said "this is my attitude" and shut the window on my face. I then went inside and asked for the manager and she pointed at her name tag so I asked for someone higher than her and she said "call her tomorrow" repeatedly (but I did not have any info) she refused to give me any information. I asked for her full name and she refused to give me her last name so I had to ask her co-worker. I'm shocked that she is the assistant manager with the amount of immaturity and lack of customer service that I received. This situation could have been easily avoided and could have been handled a lot better if the assistant manager had more experience and had an ounce of care for the customers. I'm surprised that nothing has changed with all the bad reviews at this store. Nobody wants to get some coffee and have to deal with that type of customer service specially from a Assistant manager.
