Big Daddy's Pizza — Restaurant in West Valley City

I love these guys pizza, affordable, tasty, and way worth it. I am writing this post because I am upset. Upset that the last few times I have bought pizza from them it hasn't been up to par. On top, I tried ordering pizza online and their website doesn't work fully so, I resorted to calling them. I called, and told them I was ordering pizza for a birthday party. A LITTLE KIDS 5Th YEAR OLD BIRTHDAY. One which NO PIZZA ever came to, I called them up almost 2 hours later asking about the pizza, and I was going to cancel because the party was over and everyone had left. Guess what on top!!! They never even placed my order, my guests were happy because of the party but unhappy because there was no food. Ugh, I don't know what was up with that but they were NOT at all apologetic either especially when they informed me that my order was never finished being placed in their system. I mean, a simple "I apoligize for the wait or confusion, but they pizza was never placed." Instead nothing except, "oh, it never was finished being placed in our system. " WELL THANKS FOR NOTHING. Anyways, that was my nonsense two cents input. Wrapping it all up, big daddys pizza is usually good but this mix up that happened could have been resolved better. They should have comped us or atlease...

Called on November 3rd, 2013 @ 3:20 A.M. Despite their website clearly stating in the banner on the store locator page that they are open, "Late Night Delivery: Salt Lake City, Mon-Wed 3AM and Thursday-Sunday 5AM," I was denied the ability to order pizza. The person answering the phone only said, "Big Daddy's Pizza is closed for the evening." When I questioned him as to why when their website said differently he only repeated his previous answer.

Thinking perhaps that they were having issues with drivers at that store, I called the store located in Kearns to be greeted by the same individual only this time he said, "Big Daddy's is STILL closed for the evening."

This feels wrong since the website says differently AND someone is answering the phone in the first place. If you are closed, then why are you answering the phone? If you are having driver issues, let me know! I can understand that some things are out of your control and things aren't always perfect, but answering the phone claiming you are closed doesn't make sense to me.

I will be avoiding Big Daddy's Pizza from now on. Just plain rude...

Worst experience of customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered over $65.00 worth of pizza for a party that I was having. So i had sent my friend to go pick up the order but when he got back home after a much longer wait than expected with only half of my order. by this time all my guest's were here waiting for food to arrive only to find disappointment from Big Daddy's pizza. Now being that it was the fault of the restaurant not giving us multiple items with our order and that I had my party to host then I called the Big Daddy's asking them to deliver it to my residence only to have the store manager bluntly rude to me and extremely sarcastic. It is very sad to think that this West Valley/Hunter store gets so much business that they no longer care about the value of customer service and could care less about customers spending $65.47 for pizza in there store but mark my word that my families weekly pizza dinner will never again be purchased at this place again.
