Burger King — Restaurant in West Virginia

I ordered a whopper with no pickles, no tomatoes, a side of onion rings medium and no drink, and a 8 piece nugget online amd my husband went to pick it up on Emerson Burger King. They told him they didn't have a order from me first of all. Then made him park amd walk inside to pick up the order. It was already paid for. They give him a regular whopper with pickles and tomatoes, and huge chunks of lettuce on the whopper. I'm talking a chunk of lettuce thicker than a golf ball on a sandwich. They give him a cup amd he gets a drink from the fountain area. I specifically ordered no drink. The food was cold, the chicken nuggets was rubbery they was so cold. My side of Onion rings turned to a side of French fries. I live 5 minutes from the restaurant so the food being cold wasn't from the rrip home. And all your auto response computer does is ask a different question each response. Thanks for the customer service I didn't receive, and the non edible $12.00+ dinner Tuesday 3/19/24 ...

It was busy when we walked in. When it was our turn to order both the cashier and manager walked away without saying anything, then after a minute the manager turned around and said they weren’t taking any orders because the kitchen was backed up. That was fine but I wish they had not been rude in how they told us. Then after we got our food my brisket burger didn’t have any brisket on it. The manager tried to tell me that the fried onions were the brisket and rolled her eyes at me and told me it was on there. I know the difference between fried onions and brisket. Maybe she didn’t. About halfway through eating the burger I discovered it did actually have brisket on it. It was a quarter size dollop right in the middle of the bottom bun which is definitely worth the extra money that burger cost. There were only 4 employees in the whole place during prime lunch hour. The only reason I even did two stars is because the drive-thru is fast

However I guess when you give your customer less than one third of what they paid for and less than one third of what they asked for and condiments it's pretty easy to be fast because you don't have to cook near as much

I got three value meals with completely plain burgers because I didn't know what people liked and asked for a pile of ketchup a bunch of salt and a handful of mayonnaise

I literally got one ketchup pack two salt packs and three mayonnaise packs....

But all three of my french fries literally were not even one third full.

And if I didn't stop at this Burger King all the time as the one and only food place on my way home from the airport I wouldn't think anything about it but the french fries are literally always half full at best and this time was quite the exception...
