Tim Hortons — Restaurant in West Virginia

This is the first time I have been to a Tim Hortons, so don't know if this is standard, but I don't see myself trying again. Ordering - we we're greeted with "We are out of plain bagels and sausage." The first person of our group started ordering and asked for potato sticks. A woman from the prep area yelled over that they are out. I laughed and said "oh my!" She then said "well we have them, but we don't have to make them after a certain time." I don't know what that time is, we we're ordering at 10:15am. I ended up with a caramel Capp and a waffle sandwich with bacon instead of sausage, since they were out of sausage. The Capp did not have the whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top and tastes more watery than creamy. The sandwich was ok, but I am sure the sausage would have gone...

This is the second Tim Hortons my husband and I have been to. But between the long wait and seemingly miserable staff... Ugh... It was not our number one spot. The older lady who helped us seemed so sweet. But everyone was kinda just.. humbugging along. This is not to say that the food was bad. Not my any means. But when you're on a 12 hr. road trip, this is not the kind of thing you want to encounter along the way. It's really unfortunate because, after being to the first Tim Hortons, I was really looking forward to this. BTW, the chocolate covered waffles were a huge hit with the family!!! And!!! They were a very affordable mid...

Last month I went a few times and my coffee was watered down. Unfortunately I was always on my way to work and couldn’t stop. I was giving them grace because of the new staff turn over. The new staff isn’t as friendly & the one kid who works in the morning during the week acts like everyone is an inconvenience. I didn’t go for a few weeks. On Saturday I went again. The man in the drive thru window was very nice but my order was wrong and the coffee was disgusting… it looked curdled over & tasted sour. I did go back this time. I received my money back but it’s too expensive for the service and food to be awful...
