Edit: 6/24/2023 - stopped here with my mom to grab something to eat on the way to NC. They made her the wrong sub and she asked for a replacement. The server with the High and Tight hair cut (i think his name was Josh) acted like we rained on his parade when she asked for a replacement. She asked at 8:05 for a replacement and it is currently 8:25 and still hasn't gotten it. She went up and asked and they made a 2nd that was missing a few things. The shorter guy with the red beard was touching money in his till, went straight over and grabbed the lettuce and tomatoes without changing gloves. She got a refund at this point. I went up to get her money back after she asked and he just said "she didn't ask for no onions or peppers" which she did, I was standing there. (Why argue with a customer) Poor attitude and uncleanliness (money is super nasty) has made this a stop we will cut out...

We tried to call and arrives 35 mins prior to closing. Phones were both off of the hook. The guy working was rude as hell. No greeting. Stood there 10 minutes and finally told him we needed to place an order. They close at 10 and he told us it was too late to order 1 pizza. Being upset I ask again and he proceeded to lie and say he was out of dough. Ironically some folks before us had picked up their order before we arrived retured as the order they picked up was incorrect. Guess what. Mr. No personality was quick to find some dough. I will never go here again due to terrible customer service skills. Thankfully the guy that had an incorrect order was kind enough to give us one of his pizzas. It’s a shame. We usually ride with a large group and bring in good revenue but I guess this employee has no care about...

Ordered a Sirloin Philly Pubwich which clearly stated on the menu that it was dressed with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. There were 12 people in our group and my husband and I were the 4th and 5th to order. Everybody else in our group got there food before me, including another person who ordered the same sandwich, as well as 3 people that came in after us. When it came out there was no lettuce, tomatoes or mayo. When I questioned the girl that brought it out she said, "we don't normally make it that way but I can take it back and add it".
