KFC — Restaurant in West Virginia

Yesterday my 2 yr old an I traveled from Barbour county to Elkins jus for kfc for our family. When I arrived their was at least 6 cars ahead of me so I expected a wait. After about 25 mins. I finally reached the drive thru. I told the woman I wanted a 16 piece family meal. To which she replies could I take it all in crunchy chicken please? I said no mam I actually want original. She then tells me that I'd have to wait 20 mins an that she didn't Kno cause the people in front of me would get that before me... I said ok well how long would I need to wait to get what I wanted? She then jus completely quits talking to me. I said hello . I got nothin back so I left. I decided to call knowing they we're busy an I must've called 15 times jus to again get ignored. I'll never go back. I've never had a fast food refuse me food before an I'd not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Worst experience of my life...

The food was amazing as usual, but the staff was horrible. The cashier lady was more concerned about taking pictures and being on her phone, than doing her job. I order the same thing every time, and this time when I requested something she informed me that she couldn't do that and that I would have to accept what cake with it, or purchase the other.items separate. When I told her that I had done it before , she said " I can't do it" and went ahead and placed the order as was. I am very disappointed in the staffing, and not so sure...

Love KFC as I love chicken most of all foods. The past two times however have been a major disappointment. The chicken tasted old and wasn't done in the middle of the larger pieces. It was hot so the oldness was kind of odd unless perhaps chicken ITSELF was older. The side orders were backwards (2of 1 thing one of another was opposite). The biscuits werent even in the order bag.
