We visited on 7/12/25. This is a Very Clean and Professional Restaurant and Bar. The food was very good. We had the wings which were cooked perfectly and a very nice portion. I got a Draft Beer and a Mango Chamoy Margarita. We also had the Tacos Al Pastor and the Birria Tacos which were excellent. The staff was very professional and the manager came over make sure we were satisfied and to inquire how we like their new menu additions. The Restrooms are immaculate. Check out my Picture of the rest room sinks. On the way out we saw the cabinet of specialty liquor's. The manager asked if we would like something from the cabinet and we said 2 shots of the Whistle pig Whisky. So we stopped at the bar while he opened a brand new bottle and we had two shots, which was excellent. The bar is well stocked with probably one of every Liquor and some real high end Top Shelf hard to find Specialty Liquors. We like this location it was our first time here, we have been to other Las Trancas locations and have enjoyed them as well. We will be back to dive deeper into the menu and especially the Bar.

My mom and I came here for a later lunch on a Tuesday, so the place was pretty empty because of the time. But we still had great service and the food was delicious. I’m actually not a huge fan of Mexican food, so it takes a lot to impress me with it, but darn if they didn’t do it! I had the chicken al chipotle, which I’ve never seen before on a Mexican menu. It wasn’t actually what I was expecting it to be, but it was so good! I would definitely order it again! I even had the leftovers for lunch the next day and amazingly it was even better. My mom had a beef chimichanga and enjoyed it as well. Also, the salsa they give you with the chops is not too spicy so she was actually able to enjoy it which usually never happens at other Mexican restaurants. Keep up the great work Las Trancas! Well look forward to eating there again next time we’re in town!

This is genuinely the largest burrito I’ve ever eaten. Where the heck else can you get a burrito bigger than your head and huge margaritas for the whole crew for $100?! This place is a must visit for burrito enthusiasts and borderline alcoholics alike. Bueno!

My wife and I stopped by Las Trancas Elkins for lunch after running the Canaan Valley Trail Race this morning, and we were blown away. We’ve eaten at a lot of Mexican restaurants over the years, and this was hands-down the best tasting Mexican food we’ve ever had.

I ordered the Enchiladas Supreme, and every single enchilada—yes, even the cheese one—was packed with flavor. Unlike most places where the cheese enchilada is just, well, cheese, this one had depth and seasoning that really stood out. Plus, they didn’t skimp on the red sauce, which was a huge win.

Service was efficient, and the food came out hot and fast. The cheese dip and salsa were also top-notch. Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re anywhere...
