McDonald's — Restaurant in West Virginia

Beware of their practices! Ordered big breakfast with everything but sausage. Asked to substitute extra eggs for sausage, which I have done on numerous numerous times. Employee said yes but charged us for the extra eggs instead of substituting sausage for eggs, and then only rang up a big breakfast without pancakes. Really! I told her 3 times big breakfast with everything but sausage. The total was about right price but came with no pancakes. My wife enquired and it would cost us according to the manager $6.48 extra for the pancakes. The difference between the big breakfast and the big breakfast use to be a little over a dollar so I figured 2.50 to 2.70 including tax difference but the manager just ordered 2 sets of pancakes by themselves totaling 6.48. We asked for a refund and left. Can't take your orders correctly and then they try to rob you by ordering single items which everyone knows cost in this case double plus than in the combo. We left! I hadn't been at this McDonald's because you can't trust them to get it right. It's not worth the hassle or being robbed by having to pay over double for single items that you were supposed to get in the combo. This meal and our drinks normally is around 20.00 but the way they did it it would have been over 26.00. Really! Telling me that I have to pay 6.00 extra to receive what I ordered because McDonald's managers and employees choose not to do their jobs correctly. NO NO NO AND SHAME SHAME SHAME AND SHAME ON McDonald's!!!!! CAN WE HAVE A CHIC FILA ESTABLISHED IN THE LEWISBURG AREA THIS SUMMER BECAUSE THEY UNDERSTAND CUSTOMERS AND PLACED ORDERS ARE 99% CORRECT. Eta: Quick service, kind employees and son needed honey for his nuggets and they were left out of the bag. The lady grabbed some for my son and it was fast. He was sick and wanted something quick. They were great. It's hit or miss with correct orders here however, if you check your items, they'll make it correct. As far as the food, it's McDonald's quality and I don't eat here except if I get a hot fudge sundae or a biscuit. My son eats at this location and everything is smooth and the employees, regardless of how incredibly busy and long the customer drive through is, are always happy with a smile and kind. I would feel that it would be a challenge to keep good employees especially considering fast food restaurants but at the specific location there has never been a bad customer service experience for the drive-thru or indoors when we used to be able to go in there. This one is a high-traffic volume location and truly the employees work themselves probably hard and quickly to provide the literal interpretation of fast food and that's exactly what you get here it's great for an on-the-go person such as myself that doesn't have much time, whose son is obsessed with this...

Myself and a second EMS crew from Kanawha County EMS stopped in last night to grab some food before heading back to Kanawha County and it was the WORST experience ever. Started out with trash in the floor everywhere and flies everywhere. A young couple ordered after us and the girl ordered a smoothie, after the employee made it she sat it on the counter beside me and I noticed a fly on the top of it and when I proceeded to tell the employee about she shrugged her shoulders and handed it to the customer. They had a female employee in the dining area sweeping and mopping but was spending more time laughing and talking nasty with other employees ( not to mention her uniform was disgusting and sloppy). When we was getting ready to leave my coworkers and myself went to fill up our cup of Dr pepper and every fountain drink was out of pop, when I asked the employee behind the counter if they could change it out so we can get our drinks she smarter me off and bluntly told us no and walked away.
