Taco Bell — Restaurant in West Virginia

Really gonna have to get rid of the old woman that works drive-through that can barely talk. Super rude!! She used to work at the Taco Bell near the Barboursville mall don’t know what happened with that situation but I’m here to tell you she never gets any order right and then on top of that she’s super rude. I never get the right taco when she works drive-through which that’s all she works. And instead of me, trying to go back through drive-through to get my order replaced I’m just gonna make it own that don’t waste your time going to Taco Bell anywhere near Barboursville or Huntington because 5th Ave., Taco Bell is probably the worst second would be the Taco Bell near the Barboursville mall!!!! If you go to the Taco Bell near the mall in Huntington Barboursville, whatever you want to consider it you’re gonna wait at least 10 minutes at the speaker before they take your order because they can only do one CAR at a time! I remember being a teenager and when I work drive-through, I had to multitask but people these days or at least at Taco Bell do not know how to do that so they either need to have somebody else worked in drive-through or something because this is getting very old! Car should not be lined up to a red light and drive-through at a Taco Bell. It’s very unnecessary on top of that if you don’t wanna work drive-through or fast food, go home or find you a different job because it gets very old having to deal with an old woman that’s very rude ! And I shouldn’t have to make multiple reports for something to get done because nothing‘s been done yet. Get rid of the old woman or get your crap together because I know I’m not the only one complaining. I hear everyone in line at drive-through complaining that these people can’t do their job properly McDonald’s and Wendy’s and Arby’s get you through drive-through less than 10 minutes Taco Bell‘s in this area do not because they can only take one order at a time and then have to hand the order out for them to proceed with the next person at the speaker that is super unacceptable...

FOR A TACO BELL... this was HANDS DOWN the nicest staff and cleanest restaurant (on BOTH sides of the counter) I've ever been to EVER across 10 states. Mind you, it's TACO BELL, so I won't call it Mexican Food... It's AMEREXICAN at best... But it was hot, fresh and served with the best customer service from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. We weren't FORCED to use the automated ordering teller (like other locations do even though able bodied people are working behind the counter) and we were very impressed with witnessing their team cohesion and group support of one another. ABSOLUTELY worth it for fast food. Tough to find in that kind of environment! The Exit 15 Taco Bell in Huntington, WV will be our go-to... Otherwise it's...

Well I had ordered on the tacobell app and it didn’t make it very clear that I sent it to the wrong tacobell (which is not their fault) but I had to order in the drive through instead of online. I ordered nacho fries (which came cold) with nacho cheese (the cup was barely filled. they had given me no mild sauce when I had asked either. I also ordered a crunch wrap supreme with no tomatoes because I am allergic to them. I bit into my crunch wrap supreme and there was tomatoes all in it. Just bad service and thoughtfulness all together. And I’ve never felt the need to write a bad review about any business before...
