This location is extremely busy with big rig truck drivers who can't use the drive thru. The Dunks only staffs this location with 1 worker to handle the counter and the drive thru. The current worker prioritizes the drive thru leaving long lines for counter orders and people walking in for mobile pick ups.

The one worker that was able to run this location efficiently just quit due to being over worked and not appreciated by the company. The new worker can't read English and consistently gets people's orders wrong.

My reviews are based on Mobility, and this Dunkin Donuts has a better accessibility auction. Efficient, unlike most Dunkin Donuts, my order for on-the-go was ready when I got there. Also, the things I wanted were actually there, rather than missing. One can only ask why these people are not paid a higher wage. Shame on you Dunkin Donuts, you are a gold mine and have made many wealthy people even wealthier. This Dunkin’ has a habit of continuously messing up an order someway somehow. This most recent time they forget to charge for an item and didn’t put it on the bill and want me to correct the mistake. Don’t get me wrong I agree pay for the food you want but also there’s a point when it becomes a habit.
