Besides the good food , the nice environment and friendly people over there, today as usual I stopped by before my classes to get an slice of pizza, but instead I decided to go for a sm order of bread sticks and a soda, somehow the cashier made a mistake and charged me wrong for my order. I realized that and I told him. He was very friendly and asked for the person in charge of the store to help him. The lady that came to the register was very rude to me and none polite, she was mad and also shut me down when I was trying to explain to her what happened. The cashier was a bit of embarrassed about the situation. She made a void and asked me in very rude way , rolling her eyes to me , with a negative attitude and body language, asked me what my real other was. I said that I just changed my mind and I wanted 1 slice of pizza and that is it. With an negative attitude she charged me again for 1 slice pizza. I asked for her name: She sad her name was Karen. She's on 50's with dark hair and dark glasses. It wasn't a good experience at all. For all the times I've been to this location, today was the first time I was treated very bad....
Read moreI came to this location to pick up a DoorDash order (about a month or so ago). But they turned me away and said someone else picked up the order so that their in house delivery driver could deliver it. It was very busy and a snow storm, I waisted my time to drive out of my way to come to this location then had to waste more time on the phone with DoorDash so they could remove it. So needless to say I wasted about an hour and made no money because this store is greedy.
The delivery drivers have a max of 3 orders for a reason. When orders get released to DoorDash you need to fulfill it, you’re not supposed to go around the Vromo system and do what you want. When you purposely tell a driver that an order was already picked up just so their driver can deliver it, is so f up. This takes away from the DoorDash driver, we don’t get paid hourly, we get paid $2 per delivery plus tip.

Read moreThe problem I find with this location is ordering something and being provided a time to pick up (1:00pm for instance), showing up at 1:13pm and having them not have the item ready, then treat the customer poorly because of their failure to plan ahead. The older woman who failed to prepare slices of pizza on Tuesday 7/16 for online orders that were placed nearly an hour before with a pick up time 13 minutes prior to arrival, was rude and unapologetic for the inconvenience. To clarify, the website said items will be ready at 1pm, I arrived at 113pm and the pizza had yet to even be started yet. It's unacceptable and terrible customer service. I should have been offered a refund for the inconvenience and my food. Now I get to spend my entire lunch break waiting for them to make the food that was supposed to be ready 13 minutes...
