Burger King — Restaurant in Westfield Township

09/24/24 4:34 pm. Stopped to get a quick sandwich and had to deal with rude, snarky attitudes and horrible customer service! One person ahead of us had a single sandwich and all 4-5 female employees decided to ignore him and chat among themselves all while he just wanted his whopper jr then proceeded to play dumb and not know where his food was while the customer was pointing at it. Then after he leaves starts mocking him in front of the other customers. I’ll never go there again! We asked simple questions about things we’re going to order and they acted like we asked them for top secret information. Absolutely unprofessional, rude entitled little kids. The service was Horrible! Besides the ridiculous over priced food, the staff was rude and even mocked a customer for asking about his sandwich. They couldn’t find his ticket, the customer pointed that it was in the ‘ready slide’. Then the front staff was rude to us while trying to make our order, asking a simple question about chicken fries. 10/10 stars. Best Burger King ever. Asked for extra sweet and sour. A lot of it. Usually I’d get two or three but these workers were built different. They said “don’t stress we gotchu” and gave me enough sweet and sour to last generations. I have enough to freeze for years and pull out for my grandchildren.
