Subway — Restaurant in Westfield Township

A Subway employee had just finished retrieving my sub from the toaster oven, and slid it down the prep table next to a young gentleman working the register. He dressed as if he were a "supervisor", or maybe higher up?(blue button up tucked in shirt, tie, and headset.) He was just finishing up the customer in line before me. As he was putting my order into a bag, another employee from Pilot walks up and gets in front me in line. The two of them stood there and had a conversation that carried on for a good 7 minutes. Then he made the statement, "Well, I should probably get back to work." When i finally got called to pay he literally gave me dirty looks the entire time I was at the counter. He made it seem as if I had just interrupted story time at their 20th high school reinion. I mean, I get she's a fellow employee but im literally there for a matter of minutes to get my food and leave. Y'all got the whole shift to discuss who prom queen is. I might be overreacting, but customer service should probably be considered a part of the training in that...

Im a truck driver and i stopped here last night on 7/25 around 8pm and experienced some of the worst customer service I've ever had at any subway. The little blonde girl was very much racist and refused to wait on me. The other girl working with her was very polite but the blonde girl made sure that she made it noticeable that since I was a black female she was not going to take my order although she took the order of the other two men in front of me. Even one of the other drivers told her to stop fixing his sandwhich and take my order since the other girl was working the register. She told him no and immediately walked around the counter and sat with what looks like her mom or grandmother that was sitting at a table in the dining area and left the other girl there to fix my sandwich and take my payment. She was extremely rude and does not need to be working in...

She told me she couldn't toast my sandwich 30 minutes before closing time! Placed my topping on crazy and went in heavy with the onions! I didn't say anything gave her grace! But the food was still good and fresh. The lettuce however was starting to turn brown here and there! Hey if anyone gets mad enough they will have the health department coming up here based off poor customer service skills and how the workers mistreat their food!
