Arby's — Restaurant in Westfield

Never again at this one! Some items on their menu board were discontinued which we didn't find out until ordering it. Take them off then or put out a sign!! Meat for the prime rib sandwich was gray that was taken out of the cooler, my husband saw it. Told me...we left. 🤮 Yuck. Pretty sure the fries would have been old too. Nothing new being made in the fryer just ones under heat lamps...

We had a nice meal but noticed that someone put through a duplicate amount on my credit card without my card. When I called on Monday, July 17, 2023, I spoke to a manager who not only wasnt helpful, but rude and yelled at me. I wanted her to know that perhaps someone there had used my card number to pay for an order. She was very rude and hung up on me....

The night shift was very rude tonight got there at about 9:30 and ordered a French dip meal and some sliders with an extra cup of au jus didn’t receive my meal fries I paid for but I wasn’t driving back a third time cause they forgot the au jus...
