Dunkin' — Restaurant in Westfield

Tatiana ruined my first experience with Dunkin. This was my first time since moving to the East Coast going through the drive thru and ordering coffee and donuts. I waited in line and when I got to the speaker I waited for another couple of minutes to be greeted by a deep voiced woman who says "what do you want?". I said "Hi" and she, in a foul tone, mocked me. I ordered for me and my 2 children who were with me and my 11 year old son commented on how rude the lady was. She only took the order. The lady that took my money and gave me my items was very nice but refused to tell me the ladies name on the intercom. I asked another lady who came to the window and she let me know. I want to try again but it will definitely not be at this location. I know you're not bothered by it Tatiana but my first experience at DD was ruined because of you and my 2 children in the car that witnessed your nasty attitude have more kindness and respect.

The coffee was okay but can you try a liquid sweetener so it's not like drinking sand. Donut holes (munchkins) were very tasty. We purchased glazed and powdered. Glaze definitely takes the ribbon. They were moist and delicious. Highly recommend those at a...

I honestly hate to give this Dunkies a low rating as the morning team is excellent, however my stop yesterday was awful. My partner and I placed an on the go order around 2-3pm. When we arrived and pulled up the 2 guys were completely unprepared to make anything and one complained to the other to "get ready because [we] ordered a ton," in which the other guy looked displeased. Needless to say that already put us off as we had only ordered for 2 people: 1 iced latte, 1 iced coffee, 2 sandwiches, 2 donuts, & 1 hash. That's... a normal order.

As we were waiting for our order they kept complaining and running around like it was a huge job. When the guy making the drinks went to hand me our drinks he had made the iced coffee but made a hot latte vs. the iced latte we ordered. When I gently let him know this he rolled his eyes at me and said "well I made it like that because it said hot." The entire experience was horrendous and honestly, if you can't handle working at a Dunkin Donuts... I don't know what to tell you. The manager and morning crew is fabulous, so maybe these guys should...

So I go to this Dunkin every day since I moved out here and I never got a bad vibe until today when I placed my walk-in order. I live right down the street and it’s only a 4 minute walk so I usually place my order as I leave my house to pick up my morning coffee right. Well I get there and my coffee isn’t ready and I don’t say anything or stare at anyone because I understand the industry and I wait patiently. Well I hear one of the girls say “I think she’s here” referring me since I’m the only woman waiting for my mobile order and then proceeds to say “give us a damn minute before walking in” as I’m standing right there like I can’t hear a damn thing. So one other girl calls my name I grab my coffee and roll my eyes despite the attitude these girls had. And as I walk out I hear them say something so I turn around and they stare blankly at me.. What a way to ruin someone’s day when they did nothing to you… I never said anything or demanding my order anytime I go there… do...
