The Cigar Box Bar & Lounge — Restaurant in Westfield

Wow…this place is amazing! I stopped in to pickup some humidity packs and to scope it out…very impressed! I’ve been shopping at the Carmel store and had to see if the same quality of service would be present in their new location in Westfield.

As soon as I walked thru the door I was greeted and welcomed, was offered and given a brief tour since this was my first time here, and discovered their new cigar lounge is incredible - so much available….food, spirits, friendly staff, ample seating areas (inside and outside)!

Then, while browsing the humidor, Cesar came in to welcome me - he remembered me from the Carmel store! I talked with him and he made several suggestions based upon my tastes and even made some recommendations for me to try from his personal experience. I was short on time, but told him I would definitely be returning!

Cesar and his staff will welcome you as family and you will not be disappointed! At The Cigar Box Bar & Lounge, you will find caring, friendly staff as well as management! I am going to make time to go back to sample their food, enjoy a fine cigar from their many choices, and spend more time with these fine folks! This is a great place to hang out with your friends and meet new ones as well!

Seen you were open and had to stop and check it out. First things first.. Service was exceptional! The GM and owner came and checked on us a few times. Waitress was so good to us. I was looking for a certain type of cigar to try and I explained what I smoke and he showed me a few that I would probably like. He was spot on! The sitting area is very nice. There is quiet spots in the corners and a large table for bigger crowds. Music was just right, didn't need to raise my voice to talk. Wife had the lemon drop and she absolutely loved it. I had a draft beer which was nice and cold. Another thing that was nice was I could ask questions and not feel like I was being looked down upon because I wasn't the most knowledgeable person about cigars this will definitely be a first of many times that I come here. The bourbon prices are a little overpriced for some of their pours. GM said they were adjusting prices to reflect...

Excellent cigar lounge in Westfield! Very comfortable and and welcoming. Good mix of out-in-the-open seating areas along with some tucked-away in-the-corner areas for semi-private seating.

The humidor is somewhat small, but it seemed they had an excellent mix of some "every day" cigars (Oliva, Fuente, etc.) as well as some limited higher-end items for if you're looking for some thing different for a special occasion.

Scott was amazing, assisting with cigar selection and drink recommendations. He was extremely attentive, checking if things were okay or if we needed anything.

Ventilation is excellent. My wife even commented that she couldn't smell the cigar smoke on me after I got back home.
