I'm a door dash driver and came to this location for the first time this past Saturday. As soon as I walked in and approached the counter a lady by the name of Sandra was extremely rude to me. I did absolutely nothing to her. I gave her the name of the order I needed to retrieve. Sandra told me that I was late picking up the food and because of that the customer's food would be cold. I had 2 orders at the same time. One from Dunkin Donuts and the other from Wendy's. I waited in line at DD for about 6-7 minutes. The line was extremely long so I decided to drop that order and head over to Wendy's. I began to try to explain this to Sandra and also told her this was my first time ever coming to this location. Sandra then told me this wasn't my first time at the location because she recognized my face, mind you half my face was covered with a mask. She went on and on telling me I'd been there before. She also told me the order comes thru once I accept it. I told her I understood that but you aren't able to see when we have multiple orders. So she basically in so many words called me a liar. Her energy was very very negative from the time I reached the counter. Come to find out this lady is the manager. Someone like her shouldn't be allowed to manage anything. I want this situation to be addressed so that other door dash drivers aren't treated this way. I work for door dash not Wendy's so there wasn't any reason for her to speak to me that way. Read moreI just went through the drive thru and had an absolutely horrible experience with Tonya. I arrived at the window and let them know I had a mobile order, and was told to pull forward to the second window. (The man who I talked to in the speaker was very friendly.) I get to the window, and the door opens and before I can even open my mouth to say anything I have a bag and large drink shoved into my hand and the window closes. I can already tell this isn’t my order. I wait a few seconds, trying to look through the window to see if anyone is even there, before lightly tapping my horn twice to get someone’s attention. She opens the door and just stares at me like she’s confused. I try to hand her back the food in my hand, saying “This is not my order.” Her, loudly, “DID YOU NOT HAVE THE CHICKEN WRAP AND LARGE DIET?!” I said no, and she finally took the food from me, asking what I ordered. I told her it was a mobile order. Her, this time actually yelling at me, “WELL DID YOU NOT STOP AT THE SPEAKER?!!!!!” Me: “Yes I did. Can you please not yell at me? Thank you!” She closes the door on me, and of course sends someone else to bring my food to me. I had to ask the other lady what her name was since I didn’t see her again. Read moreWorst redo ever. I’ve been in food for a long time. I complained that my fries were warm at best. After a stink eye I received hot ones, no apology nothing said. Mind you this is in the store. A brand new store. I saw the manager with about 7 crew members, a very tall brown haired fellow. I don’t know his name because he disappeared the minute he heard a complaint. When I got to eat my burger it had been pre made probably just sitting on a warming grill. Dried out, not hot and juicy like it should be. Just terrible . As I write this guess who feels as if someone did something to his food 90 minutes ago. Stay away do not subject yourself to this shiny building with management who doesn’t know hospitality. Saving food cost doesn’t come at the expense of your customers. Instead of gaining a fan you cost yourself sales. I will leave bad reviews everywhere I can. The dried burger pic speaks for itself. The cheese isn’t even slightly melted and this was after returning my first. Don’t ruin a fine American institution like Wendy’s reputation just to save on two beef Pattie’s.
