Romeo's Pizza — Restaurant in Westlake

It seems that every time I order extra toppings on my pizza, I don’t get the extra toppings. I order 3x the amount for toppings and seem I only get the normal amount. I wish you guys had an option to attach photos. I paid $4.13 for a normal amount of the toppings. ’m appalled that you charge extra for extra toppings and don’t deliver with the product... I been coming here for 13 years with my family at this location. Not only that, sometimes it’s highly disappointing when I ask for well-done bakes and get undercook bakes... (literally has happened so many times) and the wrong toppings sometimes. I’m truly fed up with the quality the last few years. I do not feel that I will be coming here any anymore. And I’m sure that one customer will not affect business, but you guys have disappointed us as a long time loyal customers. It’s so sad because your pizza’s are...

Buffalo Chicken Sub was great, the Buffalo sauce was just as it should be, but I was disappointed to be charged $.50 to swap the ranch dressing for mayo and an additional $.50 to add a few slices of red onion. I suppose am used to these types of minor swaps and additions being included in the price of the sandwich. I can see maybe doing so for the onions, but I literally just switched from ranch to mayo.

As a former Buffalonian, I consider a classic chicken finger sub to include onions and be dressed with mayo, not ranch, so I was happy to be able to make the adjustments to my sub, just disappointed that it cost me...

I ordered through DoorDash and it arrived fast, hot and nicely packaged. Romeos Deluxe was cut in squares as I requested. their sauce is very sweet, however the Garlic Dipping Sauce balances it. the toppings are great quality. nice crust just a bit dry (I wish there was an option to have it baked with garlic butter). the Chicken Tenders with Capone Sauce Cup were amazing. crisp, tender and not greasy. 5 to an order and includes BBQ sauce. the Capone Sauce Cup has an odd flavor. more vinegary than I like. the Chocolate Chip Cookies arrived warm. gooey and delicious.
