We stopped the other day for "Irish Food." Not so much. We started with a draft October Fest, and a draft Yeungling, shorts. Both beers were flat. We informed the bartender, she said she would let the manager know. I exchanged mine for a bottle of the same. The medium rare burger was well done. The $10 potatoe skins were so small in size, just call them bite size skins. The stuffed pepper soup was OK, although so salty it was hard to finish the small size cup of it. A $7 pech crown shot was under poured, however another female customer ordered a "shot" of Jamison not a double, and it was por of about 2.5 and fill the rocks type shot glass. When we asked the bartender, she said her pours were spot on and pulled out the jigger, poured it, and low and behold, our free hand pour was under poured! We were charged for a tall October fest, at $8.25, which she took off and charged the correct price for the flat beer. There's a $2 charge to use a card, however we were paying cash, we were told to hang on to the pre rung receipt to make sure it was refunded. The bartenders attitude changed when we brought up the drink issues. We never brought up the food issues but we should have pointed those out as well. We still left her a 20% tip, but never, ever will we go back. It gets old paying over $50 for bar food and a couple drinks when the food is subpar and attitude comes in to play. Now we know why it's called...
Read moreThey have good food if one of the cooks is scheduled. When he's not, they give you a menu with hot dogs, and fried foods only. Service is always terrible if you don't sit at the bar. My family and I used to go there often until we kept waiting 15mins just to have a server walk up to us to take our drink orders. Then it took an extremely long time for her to come back to take our food order. Our drinks would already be gone. We got sick of waiting for drinks so we ordered some from the bartender, and the server yelled at us n said we need to either keep placing orders through the bartender, or stay at our table and wait for the server. Most servers stay in the back corner and talk to each other, while lots of people sit around waiting to be served. I've seen numerous people walk out just because of service. It's a shame because my family and I used to love going there because of the food. It definitely went downhill. Go there when you're not hungry, so that by the time you get served and place a food order, you will be starving (if the cook is even in). If he's not in, you might want to get fast food before...
Read moreWorst service I’ve ever gotten in my entire life. I felt bad for the bartender because she was doing more for our waitress who was drunk and disappearing. Our waitress, besides harassing all the guys at our table, did not take all of our orders until an hour into being there (she would take one drink order or food order and leave to smoke outside or dance behind the bar), got mad when we asked for something (like, our food or water), and messed up all the checks. She charged me for a drink (I had 2 and wings and fries). I asked her to pay the full instead of just the drink. She was not cognitively there (very drunk) and said “just pay the 6, don’t waste my time”. I paid the $6 and also tipped $6. She then comes back 15 minutes later and tries to charge me $95 for food and drinks I myself and no one at our table ordered. I then told the bartender she only charged me $6 and the rest of the story and the waitress said “that’s not true.” Lied dead to my face. I ended up finally paying for the rest of my tab and nothing else that she tried to charge me. I will never show up to that...
