Happy's Pizza — Restaurant in Westland

We will not be returning customers. The quality of the food has really declined. We paid $34($40 w/driver tip) for 2 items, delivered: 1--PUNY, dried out steak sub with French fries so long from being cooked, I nearly choked after chewing up and TRYING to swallow one! Fortunately I had a bottle of water close by to wash it down. 2--a large(laughable)deep dish pizza with the thinnest crust we've ever encountered on a deep dish from here to Chicago...and all 4 sides were burned black--cheese and crust! The 1st bite of ham was like chewing a piece of gristle...it was also bearly warm. The pizzeria is aproximately 2 miles straight up the road...it takes less than 5 minutes to get from here to there. So disappointed and disgusted at spending our hard-earned money on this travesty of a meal. We'll order deep dish from Jet's, Cottage Inn or Pizzapopolis and get what we've paid for..and enjoy it. Would have given ZERO stars, but the driver was a friendly guy who cannot help the quality of the food...

First time there I thought they had really good food. I've ordered from them more than several times since and almost every time they got it wrong.. except this Last time. They brought me the right food. But they were late, pizza was SWIMMING in grease? Piss warm pop he apologized for. Nice guy. He was very surprised when I said I don't have ice... one of the times that they got the order wrong, I ordered thin crust and I received big fluffy crust. Guy on phone wanted to convince me this was thin although it's all I ever order... offered free delivery charge next time.... ok. I took him up on that. When he answered my call, he was monotone and unfriendly. He sent me the thinnest crust, it was like a single layer of a Pillsbury biscuit. Couldn't even hold the topping.. and burnt. All as though he was being a smart ass. "Oh u want thin crust b**, there u go!"... I ate it no...

I have never had such a horrible experience ordering food before tonight. The gentleman on nights always has an attitude, there is no such thing as being decent with whoever this gentleman is. I told him my order and he said “we can’t do that” so I explained to him that it was a special from the coupon book and the response I get is “well the computer won’t let me do it so you can’t have it.” Alright then so I order something different and over an hour and a half later I still don’t have my food. So I call and ask where my food was and the same gentleman responds with “idk the driver took it it should be there soon” so I informed him it was a little ridiculous that it’s been over an hour for one item and he responds with “well the driver had over five deliveries so it really isn’t that ridiculous now is it?” Absolutely absurd I will not be ordering...
