Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Westland

I was there about an hour and half ago. I went thru the drive up. I told the nice lady that I had a big order. She told me I had to go inside for big orders. I parked and thought about it but I don't walk well. I couldn't do it. My legs were jelly. The purpose for going in the drive up is so people like me do not have to walk inside. I came from Belleville, the time to drive there, wait in line and drive home, I wasted an hour for nothing. I would have spent 100 dollars and was going to leave a nice tip because they feed us, they bust their hump to make sure we are fed. If you have a big order and can't move well don't bother going. I tried to order on online and the site kept messing up. I had stuff in the cart and it would not let me checkout. I tried calling before I headed there to place an order, no one answered. I wasn't going to tell them I am handicapped and can't walk well. She might not have believed me. so fast food people, majority of us people will wait for our food to be made, we don't mind parking to the side. Oh well, I won't be going back, I can't take the chance they tell me to go...

Worst customer service. They serve and speak with a bad attitude. I ordered online, got to the pickup lane and they said I had to get in the drive thru to pick up my order. What is the point of online ordering then? When asked about my order, my phone was hung up! When asked about my order at the drive thru, the lady spoke rudely and she didn’t communicate well. Be professional. I love long Johns, but customer service is key to building a good experience. I’m super disappointed. I understand that location is busy, but busy shouldn’t lead you to rudeness with customers. Don’t think I’m Coming back here.

Ps. I did get my order. After waiting in the drive thru for an hour, and being told by the manager that she has canceled my online order and I should wait for my refund. I could not get a refund coz the number on the receipt goes to the same store. So, I was stuck. And I made sure I got what I ordered.
