Sunday morning, July 18 at 10:38 I pulled up to order box...THEN SAT THERE FOR NEXT 22 MIN, after two cars went thru to pick up order. I watched several cars behind me leave, I waited because I made it to the order box! They switched signage from bkfst to lunch so I called the store and said how long I was here and i wanted bkfst, she said sorry the system crashed, what is it u want, i said the order and and they don't have the bkfst burritos. . i am very upset I wasn't informed after 5 min of waiting that there WAS an issue, and then because i couldn't even get what my husband wanted, they didn't have. Whole thing is, if i were told right off, i could have gone elsewhere. This one is getting bad as one on Michigan and Wayne Rd, which i went to for a coke at 9:30p.m. and when she answered, said "tell me what u want and I will let u know if we have it." I seem ro remember being greeted differently when you pull up to order anything. At this Mickeys I said, if u had told me that 20 min ago I could have made it other store.. I look forward to the bacon egg and cheese bkfst every couple weeks. When i waited another 5 min for system to come up to order I couldn't get what husband wanted..VERY DISAPPOINTED..And I have come to this store since high school, MANY years ago, and it's NEVER. been this bad. Read moreThis McDonald's just recently re-opened after an unfortunate fire they had. The remodel is very nice, updated services like kiosks and decor. The reason for my 3 star rating is because of the staff. After placing my order at the kiosk, since I was paying with cash I had to go to the counter to pay which is simple. After waiting over 10 minutes for an employee to come over, I stopped a maintenance man that happened to be coming out from behind the counter and asked him to let an employee know there were several of us standing around waiting. He immediately went and told a group of 4 employees, they turned around and looked at us and turned back around, not coming to the counter. A man was waiting over 20 minutes for 2 black coffees. I could see the employees just standing around chatting, ignoring us at the counter, walking by us but no acknowledgement of us waiting. Another 5 minutes later and a young woman finally came over to take my money so that my order could begin to be made. After I finally got my food, I went to the car, checked the bag, and the food was partially unwrapped and just thrown in the bag. The fries tasted old and were cold, the burger was fine but not wrapped all the way. I was at this McDonald's for about 25 minutes from start to finish for a burger fries and a drink. Read moreI ordered a large sugar free French vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso, hot. When I got to the window, they tried to hand me an iced latte. I said this is wrong, it should be hot, and they asked me to pull up. When it was brought to me outside, the large cup was only HALF full. I yelled for the lady, who was already walking inside, and she took it back inside to fix.
When she brought it back, it had ZERO sugar free French vanilla in it. I parked my car and went inside to tell them it still wasn't correct. She asked what I had again, and I told her. She rolled her eyes and went to make a new one. She started talking to other staff saying I asked for caramel, which I did not so I spoke up and said it doesn't have caramel in it. It's supposed to be a sugar free French vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso.
She continued to gossip with her coworker about it and made another. When she handed it to me, I stirred with a straw and tasted it and it was so incredibly sweet that it was not drinkable. At this point, I dumped it out at the drink machine and left because I was running late for a post-op appointment. I also believe she deliberately used sugar syrup because my blood sugar spiked shortly after.
This location needs some serious customer service training and attitude...
